Super great quality of food by using fresh ingrediens. The portions are enough and when you check what is inside, you know all the details. That has helped me for training program and irregular working hours.

They help you with easy communication, when they have client service hours. Deliveries can be amend according to your needs, if you request in good time manner.

Dels är det en smidig hjälp i vardagen för oss som jobbar till sent och går och tränar hårt på kvällen. Man sparar tid och man missar ej att få i sig näringsrika måltider. Det gör det mycket lättare att uppnå goda resultat. De är även goda, och man får variation vilket är så viktigt för mig i min hälsoresa.

Fitnesskocken where beyond my expectations. On one hand, it is a flexible help in everyday life for those of us who work until late and then go and train hard in the evening. You save time and you don't miss eating nutritious meals. It makes it much easier to achieve good results. Also , they taste good, and you get variety, which is so important to me on my health journey.

A really good option when you train a lot, need to eat good and healthy food but just can’t find the time to make it. Om top of that, the food is really good!

I have been subscribing since early 2023. I have been buying the 15 boxes per week subscription. I was looking for a way to eat healthy while minimizing my time spent in the kitchen and Fitnesskocken helped me achieve both. In combination with my gym routine, I have lost 10% weight, gained muscles in the right places and feel more energized since I started eating their food two times per day.
What surprised me the most was that the food tastes so good while being nutrious and covering my needs. I always feel full after a meal, sometimes even more than full.
There is a variety of different dishes sent every week and I hear they are trying out new recipes for the future, which is great. I have a couple of favorites, like the pulled pork and the heavenly parmesan meatballs, but everything they've sent my way has tasted great. I highly recommend it.

Great food, both quality and taste.
There are different menus depending on your needs. I chose it because I wanted to lose some weight, plus they are using laktosfri products.

Started subscription in September 2022 and still on it. Has helped me reach my fitness goals and also saved a lot of time during the weeks when I have to focus on work. Can highly recommend!
