Horrendous company

Horrendous company. Avoid at all costs!
After completing the course you do not receive your certificate, they do not reply to calls emails or texts. I did L2, L3 and S&C L4 with them and have had nothing to say I completed anything.

I spent £1800 back in 2021 to complete a P3 course with them. I never received any news or updates after completion and when chasing never received a response. This happened to at least 8 people in the cohort.

AVOID!

AVOID!! Elizabeth Tissier/Elizabeth Penny is a fraudster. I completed the Lv2 Gym Instructor and Lv3 PT course and never received my formal certification. She never responds to emails and comes up with numerous excuses. This is not the first or last company she has done this with - she needs to be stopped!!!!

I enrolled with fitness mastery back in…

I enrolled with fitness mastery back in June 2022 and completed my level 3 Pt and strength & conditioning. I found the course easy to do due to my degree but the workshop was really helpful and learnt allot. I have been able to go on to work in Nuffield health and the course really helped me fast track my career.

I would give this company -1000 stars…

I would give this company -1000 stars if I could. I paid £2000 for this course and completed the Level 2 and 3 PT course in 2021 and still have no received a certificate to date and despite about 100 emails to Elizabeth Tissier who’s runs the company - I have had no response. There is no website for fitness mastery anymore. AVOID! SCAM!

An absolutely terrible company

An absolutely terrible company. They advertise widely promising the world and happily take your money (£2000) for their courses. They are a learner centre for Focus Awards, who also provide you with little support when you get totally ignored by Fitnessmastery.me.
The level 2 and 3 fitness courses are CIMSPA accredited, but even complaining to them gets you no where. I had to battle very hard in support of my daughter to try to get anything out of this company despite her hard efforts. Elisabeth Tissier, the owner is nothing short of a fraudster.
Don't waste your money here. It is now 2 years since my daughter signed up and she is just totally ignored.

Don’t waste your money!

I signed up to do my Level 3 in September 2020. It is now November 2022, 2 years after completing my practical and I am still yet to receive my certificate despite having all work submitted over 18 months ago. It’s just all false promises, if you were lucky enough to get a response in the first place which is rare to say the best. Just avoid using Fitness Mastery it’s a waste of time and money

Like the previous review

Like the previous review, I spent several thousand pounds for a course which I completed and have waited a year for my level 2&3 certificates. As for level 4, there has been no response, despite me contacting them weekly. They have taken my money and given nothing.

Unfulfilled promises and ignorance

Unfulfilled promises and ignorance

I completed my level 2&3 PT qualifications through fitness mastery coming up to a year ago, upon completion I was told I would receive my certificates in up to 6 weeks. I still have yet to receive them with little communication from the company beyond telling me it’s “being processed” when they actually respond to emails.
