My treadmill died (and almost killed me in the process!) and I was super frustrated. Trying to track down the parts was difficult. But my husband called fitness parts warehouse and they tracked it down. Then told him they would call when they received to to make sure it was the right part and was working before they would ask for payment, it did take about 2 weeks, but forn$200 vrs $3000 for a new machine, I was super impressed with the customer service and support, thank you so much!

The initial part from the manufacture was out of spec, I reached out to the support team and got an fast call back and worked through what the issue was. They communicated through the process of the replacement item and facilitated a fast replacement.

Chris in customer support has been awesome with helping me find parts, troubleshoot my old treadmill, and even gave advice when I had trouble putting a new part on the machine.

The parts shipped slow, but my treadmill is pretty old so I imagine it took a while to find the parts that I ordered. When I asked for an update, I got an IMMEDIATE reply from an actual person(Chris).

Replies with my follow up questions are answered extremely quickly as well, no matter how mundane they seemed to me. Amazon customer support as an entire team could never expect to be better than Fitness Parts Warehouse's speed and support.

The curl bushings were not in package, only the bolt. I don't need the bolt without the bushings! Please send curl bushings to complete order.

I found the parts I needed to fix my elliptical. Prices were cheaper than the manufacturer's suggested parts outlet and shipping was much cheaper. I had a question on a few of the parts and the customer service was very responsive. I am up and running again and don't have to throw away another piece of fitness equipment.

Ordered part for my elliptical using their part finder and my model number. Part arrived about a month later. Didn’t fit. They sent me the part number via email of the part they said would fit this time. Had to pay to send back wrong part and then they didn’t refund full amount either(restocking fee). The second part arrived in about 2 weeks. They did respond to the first couple of emails I sent in about 24 hours. The second part did fit but I am pretty sure I entered the model right the first time. There is no discripion of part other than a picture and the descrepracy of the part that didn’t fit was mounting hole that was 1/8 too big

From the website, I was able to quickly identify what we needed. We received our order quickly. The parts we ordered fit our machine and I was able to quickly replace the old worn out parts. We will definitely do business with this company again.
