Best Online Store Out There in UAE to Buy Fitness Equipment a

I recently purchased a massage chair from Fitness Powerhouse, and I am thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The quality of the product is outstanding. The delivery process was smooth and efficient. Fitness Powerhouse ensured that my purchase arrived on time, and the packaging was secure, ensuring the product was in perfect condition when it reached me.The customer service team was helpful, answering all my queries with patience and professionalism. They provided clear guidance on how to set up the chair and even followed up after the delivery to make sure everything was in order.

I have bought the Therabody RecoveryAir…

I have bought the Therabody RecoveryAir PRO Compression Bundle in size Medium which costs 1500$ including shipping and tax to KSA . The product was shipped wrapped in a one layer of white plastic bag no shipping box no bubble wrap for extra protection, as a result the package was damaged with 2 holes one of them went through all the way to the inside of the package where the boots and the pneumatic device. I took pictures and sent it to them asking to exchange or return they refused saying they don’t exchange or return items shipped outside UAE , if so they should have took better care wrapping the product making sure no harm is done to the device, at first the customer service was replying to my message but after ONE day they stopped replying.
Do not purchase from them if you live outside UAE as they don’t take responsibility of how they ship their item. Even if you live in UAE you should be wary of their customer service
