This is the only place I can find so far that will even let you write a bad review on FitProtection. So if you are reading this pay close attention. I would gladly post pictures in if I could. This Company is the poster child for a scam operation. I will explain why. I ordered a cover on July 9th. They never contacted me about orders being delayed. I had to email them to find out i was put on an indefinite hold. When the cover came in 2 months later, I am disappointed. The magnets are not in the best location to fit. The cover is baggy looking. Every effort to complain has been blocked. There website does not allow for reviews to be posted. There is no phone number to contact them. If you comment on their facebook page they delete it. If you comment on their advertising they delete it. They are blocking everything negative about their products and only promoting positive or maybe even fake feedback. I would not recommend anyone buy from this company.

Product cost almost $500 and took 7 weeks to receive. I decided not to install the screen because of a poor fit and did not like how it looked. I have emailed customer service 3 times for a return authorization and there has been no response. I also cannot find a phone contact anywhere.
Very poorly run company. I am very unhappy that I ordered.

With our new RV, we installed the way we looked at video. And the postcard came in with instruction. We did everything. On the third drive with RV, the cover blew away off on the highway which we couldn't retrieve it. Magnets fell off the window. I tried find the phone number. It only has an email address as contact. We have been emailing and back and forth for over a month. They did not do anything to help at all. They're blaming us. They told us to watch the video that they said need to do adhesive on the window. We watched it again. The demo never showed the supposedly peel off the tape off the magnets to be installed. Even on the postcard with instruction don't say tape off the adhesive on it. They never replied me back. We lost $300 for that piece of crap due to bad business!

Bought one to cover front window on travel trailer. 5th time out in fairly heavy crosswind, the cover blew off and one of the magnets snapped back and broke my window. Now I am out the cost of the product plus about $1000 to replace my window. Their response ‘we are very sorry and will look into it”. That was a few weeks ago. Now I am ignored.

I ordered a window cover from them over a month ago. Never shipped, and how they are ghosting me. No phone number to call them. I have to dispute the charges with my bank now.
I also looked harder for reviews and found a bunch on FB saying their cover blew off.

Purchased a cover for our Travel trailer. Easy instillation. Flew off on our way home from using it once. Spent all that money for nothing.

Very misleading website
They advertise that they sell RVs at a discount but when reading the fine print on the terms of service it stated it only provided covers for RVs.. $1500 for a small glass cover for the window is insanely expensive for a glass cover up/protector. This makes it remarkably misleading because the average glass protected they are selling costs around $300, not $1500
I believe they charge the 1500$ thinking people will think they are buying a mini RV!
