From the initial contact with the sales rep, right through to the installation has been faultless.
I was guided through the options available and the sales guy wasn’t at all pushy and listened to my ideas.
I was kept updated throughout the process and the finished decking is exactly what I had wanted.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Fitrite.

Excellent all round. Jon Kates was so knowledgeable and offered Excellent advice.

Avoid this company at all costs they do not honour warranty. Awful experience from and awful company.

Fitrite advertise on selling decking as UV Sun Rays resistant to extreme temperatures but when your decking suffers UV sun damage they accuse you of sending AI . I will be seeking legal advice about false advertising

Really disappointing after-sales service from Fitrite.

Our decking was installed last year and is still under warranty, but despite repeated emails and phone calls about several faults, we still cannot get anyone to actually take ownership of the repairs.

We were told in writing that our remedial had been raised and that the installation manager would be contacted to arrange dates. We have chased again today and are still simply told that nobody is available and someone will “do their best” to come back to us. They cannot even tell us who is managing the case.

We don't expect an instant repair, just a named point of contact and an actual date for the warranty issues to be dealt with.

Hopefully someone from management at Fitrite can now take ownership and get this resolved.

I'll happily update this review or edit it when they actually get back to us. For now - terrible service.

Fitrite did a reasonable job but now they have gone I can see defects. Rang them, twice, but no person has rung back. It’s only a small job, trim has started to come off at the start of the stairs. It is not a caravan, so I have no clout of a park behind me. I’m a pensioner having had a stroke so totally beholden on work men.
It seems once they have your money interest is lost

Fitrite responded with a truly superb decking repair and hatch installation today. We are at Trevella holiday park and the 3 lads were so polite and repaired our decking without fuss and so quickly. Our thanks to Simon Jack and Dan for a great job and tidy up afterwards.

We recently had Fitrite do a decking installation to the front of my Mobile Home which was carried out by Terry, Liam and Andy. They did an excellent job and were very polite and friendly and made you feel a valued customer. They would not leave until you were 100% happy with the work. The office staff are also very professional and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is Ok just like the fitters.

From meeting Emma and agreeing the design, the construction of the decking started within weeks; the service throughout has been faultless. The product itself is quality, and very well constructed on site. We had an issue a few months down the line, but within days of me raising the issue and communicating it to Emma, the matter was resolved.
I have no hesitation at all with recommending Emma and the team, they have been excellent. Thank you Emma and Fitrite. 👌

Requested advice on decking problems from fitrite staff in Praa Sands Holiday Park.Two staff not only advised but sorted the problem immediately. Good on site service. Well done lads

The setup, efficiency, precision, and speed of their work clearly demonstrated their vast experience and expertise in decking installations. The work was of a high quality and in line with the quote we were given, once they completed our decking within the 3 day time frame, they left our garden neat & tidy, Also a mention to their salesman Mark was brilliant in showing and talking my wife and i through the different designs and options open to us. Absolutely shocking fitting and aftercare on Jack and Jill steps to my caravan. Eventually resolved after numerous calls and emails.
They were then responsible for the refitting of the outside decking and steps to an upgraded caravan. Steps were, at best, an absolute joke. Again there are continual calls and emails regarding this to seek an immediate resolution. 8-10 weeks is my current offer which I will not accept and am considering escalating the matter to the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman.
I will never deal with Fitrite again, nor should you.

Company are quick to sell you something, take your money and then don’t resolve any issues you have after the fitting. Over a month we have been trying to contact them to get a repair done with our 10 year warranty and no one has the audacity to even call us back or respond to emails. Don’t waste your money.

The whole experience with fitrite has been one of the best we have had from the first call to the end product. Dan who came round to measure up was very knowledgeable about the different types of decking and which would be safer for our dogs he explained everything including the next steps. The fitting team of James and Joe turned up on time asked which way was best for us for the deck boards to be and this helped in our decision. They were extended friendly and approachable they cleaned up after themselves and kept the working area clean and tidy at all times. I have to say they completed the work in 2days as agreed in extreme heat without any complaints. I would recommend fitrite to anyone that would want decking or fencing in their homes as they are extremely professional at all times. They service provided by the whole team was exceptional.

Just had deck fitted at caravan site in Cornwall, super prompt and quick . Had a couple of minor issues that needed addressing. Contacted Fitrite and staff were there next day , no quibble just sorted the issues . High standard of workmanship, cannot fault, Emma responded very quickly, Ricky the fitter there at the end of a long day , very courteous and couldn’t do enough. Nice to see a firm doing a proper job for a change and putting customer satisfaction at the top of their agenda. Top marks Fitrite.

Excellent from start to finish. Louise jackson was excellent. James and joe fitted my decking and were superb. Arived on time. The heat was awful and it didnt stop them doing my decking. Amazing journey for myself and i couldnt be happier. They deserve a medal.

Staff were quick to respond, very helpful and gave a really good service. Fitters worked very hard and cleaned up afterwards. Thank you 🙏

If i could put a double zero rating I would. Spent thousands on my decking but fading which was guaranteed would not happen has. The warranty of ten years is useless a fit for bin . The product is not fit for purpose an this company needs striking off. After numerous ignored calls with no reply it leaves me no choice but to go to court for fraudulent advertising anfraudulent warranty . Customer after care is non existent an the product falsely sold . Watch out fitrite I’ll see you in court. Social media will be plastered everywhere
