Very quick and attentive service. I ordered a dumbbell. They contacted me at the very beginning to make sure that I knew my order was not for one only and not a pair. I didn't know that but I continued with my order. The order arrived quickly.

Quick delivery and the assembly service…
Quick delivery and the assembly service was perfect. Two installers who only specialised in installing fitness equipment installed it quickly, I appreciated that they did this on Christmas Eve.
Maikel in customer service was excellent helping to expedite the delivery and answer all my questions

Website says upto 3 weeks for delivery. My order is well over that and still no news of a delivery date!!!!!!
They still can’t confirm date of delivery. Make sure you tie this down with them before ordering. Poor service

Competent and attentive vendor
The planning and order processes were a pleasure. The delays in delivery and installation caused by high demand on their Spanish service partner were handled well by the Lifefitness contact centre. When the installers eventually appeared they were professional and friendly. The machine is working well and meets all my expectations.
