Ordered, tried to cancel and return goods, posted back to me as not reclaimed. No refund.

Obvious scam after looking at reviews.

I bought these in the evening, and then researched them only to find it's a scam, they are not on Dragons den so don't be fooled. I cancelled the order 10 mins later via contact us form, In fairness to them I received a full refund in the morning, I don't know was it because I paid through Paypal and they would open a dispute with them on my behalf or not, (at least paypal is the safest way to pay ) I gave a 3 star as I did get refunded the next day.

Very unhappy with the false advertising I ordered yesterday #110646 and with the lies tht it been dragon den I do not trust taking this I'd like my order cancelled and a refund please if not I will b going to the bank to claim back and also seeking legal advice and action 😡

I have ordered this order number 107801. False advertisment saying its from dragons den, it is not and now I have read the reviews seems to me that everyone thought the same. I would like a full refund and cancellation of delivery. It has not yet been delivered. I have emailed customer services but it is all in German. Says 24/7 live chat. Can't find that chat. I have been having FitSmart for the last 4 weeks and followed their directions. Don't bother with it, it has made absolutely no difference to my weight at all!
