I ordered a watch band from FitStraps and was extremely disappointed. The band they sent does not attach to the watch at all, and it’s way too big (xxx-large) even though I ordered the correct size. I tried to contact them, but now their website is down and they’re unreachable. I feel completely burned by this company. Save yourself the money and frustration — don’t waste your time or money with FitStraps.

This company is dreadful
This company is dreadful. Like others - how I wished I had read the other reviews first! Order came in a reasonable time. I bought it to solve a problem I had with my Fitbit not attaching securely to the strap. I very quickly realised that the strap was not the problem so wanted to return it. I did everything that the Returns policy asked for. Since then I have heard nothing. No replies to my emails and no money returned to my account. They should not be trading in this country as they do not operate in a lawful way.

Beware! Absolute scam of a company. Wish I done more research before ordering. All I wanted were some replacement straps as I react to the normal ones and I thought by paying more I'd get better quality. My first warning sign something was up was when I got the tracking info telling me my order was on the way from China. Nowhere on the website does it tell you it's coming from overseas which is just dishonest. When my order finally arrived it is nothing like the quality on the website. There is no way it's worth the money I paid, confirmed by the order value on the package which was a fraction of what I paid. I could have got the same strap from Ebay for a lot less coming from the same place. I would have been happy with that because I'd be getting what I paid for.

I send an email in June 3 asking for my strip.
They answer me that the problem is from courier. My order have #55360 number.
3 days ago asked to cancel and my money back, and they didn’t answer me.

AVOID at all costs. I wish I had read these reviews first and could kick myself. Ordered for a birthday present. They took my money and have not replied to anything since or despatched anything. Am contacting my bank to see if I can get my money back

I ordered a strap on 22/05/2025 and it still has not arrived on 23/06/2025. I emailed them three times and they just say the same thing. It's on the way.
Update it arrived on 27/06/2025. Fits great and good quality. Very Happy.

Not even trying to return. Re-ordered from a different company, fingers crossed.
Order didn't arrive
Paid £28 for a strap and had to chase it up after a month as nothing had arrived. I got an email back saying the order had been cancelled as it couldn't be despatched. At Fitstraps they obviously wait for the customer to raise the issue after a month rather than actually bother to tell you the order was cancelled. Even then I was told a refund would take two weeks!! Not impressed and won't use them again.
Would leave zero stars if I could
Would leave zero stars if I could. Parted with £25 for a strap only for it never to arrive. Tracking info sent was also. Royal Mail don’t recognise the info and despite emailing and contacting on Facebook and instagram they have not responded at all.
Plus they are saying on their website they have a 5 star Trustpilot rating.. I don’t think so!

Ordered, sent a Royal Mail Tracking Number which was invalid, they contact you off a spam email address, 4 weeks. Since ordering, I have sent multiple chasing emails and nothing received.
Total scammers - AVOID
My wife purchased two straps from these scammers in November 2024. 3 months on, and we haven't received anything.
She contacted them in late December, and they said it's coming. And now just silence.

Since initial review on 3.2.25 they have refunded my payment in full which accounts for the increased amount of stars!
Complete disregard for consumer rights
I bought 2 straps, neither of which will stay attached to my devices. I sent the straps back using Royal Mail tracked and they are saying they have not received them even though they have been delivered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are completely ignoring your rights as a consumer
