Exemplary sevice
We had leaks from one of our hoses. The response to my complaint was exemplary and a replacement is on the way. The product is a joy to use - much superior to a conventional hosepipe.

Our YoYo hose was faulty
and was still under warranty so needed a replacement.
I contacted customer service and a new hose is being sent out.
Excellent customer service especially from Sofia, she was 100% helpful from start to finish.
She is a credit to your company!

Best Company that I have deal with
I have no hesitation giving a first class recommendation for this company.
I had a problem with a hosepipe which was over 2 years old and they replaced it under their 5 year guarantee without a quibble and in a most helpful manner.
It was a pleasure to find that such companies still exist
