Fittingly did a brilliant job on our media wall – clean finish, high quality, and everything supplied and installed exactly as promised.
Special mention to Helen, the designer, who absolutely nailed the vision and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend.
Placed an order for under stairs shelves on 18 September. Had to chase countless times to get the initial fitting done which eventually was booked for mid January. The fitter couldn't fit and so they had to redesign. The new parts all arrived yesterday but still waiting for a fitting date. In the meantime, all of the stuff that was stored under the stairs is stored throughout the house, the January fitted stuff has been left in the hallway and the items delivered yesterday are in the living room so a total mess throughout the house - with 3 young kids in the house, it's quite frustrating to be having to work around the mess for this long.
The staff are nice and they are pleasant and helpful to deal with but there is a LOT of chasing Ive had to do. Something is massively wrong with their processes. The reviews last year were positive so I do wonder what has gone wrong.
The materials are excellent quality. There was some damage in the January items delivered but the items delivered yesterday were all bubble wrapped so they seem to be taking on the feedback.
However, unless you have the patience of a saint and unlimited storage options, probably best to avoid them until they improve their service and can actually deliver their promises. We appointed one of their competitors at the same time last September for loft wardrobes- and a much bigger project- that was fully completed to a very high standard in November.
Terrible service. The wardrobe panels arrived damage (they have a carbon neutral policy and therefore the doors are not packaged). The company has not responded to any emails and when i call them, they only state the issue is sat with a "supervisor". I am currently reclaiming my money through my credit card company. DO NOT USE.
I've had a pretty bad expereince with Fittingly so far. Very poor quality control. Backing put on the wrong side so MDF shows and draws were not drilled properly so fitter could only fit 2 out of 8 draws. 5 weeks later still waiting to hear when the probelm will be resolved.
The product delivered was a poor qulity with some marked and scuffed finished as well as rough edge cuts.
I would recommend using another company. Not worth the dissapointment and hassle of getting issues resolved.

Complete dodgy practices. Mis sold an item claiming it would be the same as sharps. Delivered a completely different product and have so far not Corrected the issue, or supply a refund despite several requests. Do not trust these people. Dealing with this issue since 12th March. A room in my home is unusable with unsafe unboxed wood everywhere for the past month. Despite my telling them the items pose a danger to a 4 year old. No one with authority available to resolve. A string of customer service emails. Stating they will resolve ASAP but no actual action. Would love the company to do the responsible thing having pocketed the full payment over a months ago !

The company is very communicative during order process but as soon as you pay you will hear NOTHING from them. Once the wardrobe we ordered was finally ready for delivery we received an email to organise a fitter. This was rearranged once before materials were delivered, fine.
Once materials were delivered (taking up an entire room in my house) the installation was supposed to happen 3 days later.
The fitter has rearranged and cancelled on 10 separate days now spanning almost a month. Excuses range from sickness, needing to return van to depot, family issues, too late to come over now etc.
The company has repeatedly failed to get back in touch with me regarding the complaint and I am stuck with materials clogging up my house and no sign of when we will, if ever, get the wardrobe built.
The product was not cheap and now we are left feeling scammed by the company without a clear sign of how we can move forward as they do not reply and have zero customer service support available.

5 stars because of the fitter. However, 4 stars for fittingly overall because some pieces were missing from the delivery.
We had custom cabinets fitted in our living space (similar to a media wall style), the whole experience was excellent overall. The ordering and delivery process was very smooth. Sharp’s vans arrived with everything, and all the products were high quality.
There was one piece missing from the delivery, but our fitter, Jason Handlesman, spotted it straight away and arranged for it to be ordered.
Jason was outstanding throughout. His communication was excellent, keeping us informed at every stage, and he approached the job with real care and attention to detail. He worked efficiently while still ensuring everything was completed to a very high standard.
The final result looks fantastic.
Jason also kept the house clean and tidy throughout, which made a big difference.
We’re extremely pleased with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jason and fittingly. Thank you so much!

Both fitters were very professional explained the process and were very tidy. The finished article is excellent.

Order number: 64519. I placed the order for my bookshelf in January. The pieces were delivered in February and fitting booked for March. The first batch had damaged pieces on delivery I called fittingly and they asked for the number of each panel to reorder the pieces. The morning of my fitting I was chasing the for delivery and they finally showed up mid morning. The fitter then arrived in the afternoon and started working. However half way through he realised some of the pieces did not have finished edges so he could not complete the job and again I had to call fittingly for replacement pieces. I made it clear to fittingly that the work needed to be completed before April 10th due to celebrating Greek Easter and having visitors. I have been calling since last week asking to speak to a manager and have had no response. I keep being told ‘Amy’ will call me back. Today I was told she would call me by the end of the day and I have still not received a call. I have tried to call and despite saying they are open until 7pm their phone lines were closed when I called at 17:25 after work. I have a house full of wood in various rooms and a partially built bookshelf and no update. I have requested a full refund and for the wood to be collected as the quality of the wood and lack of communication is unacceptable. UPDATED- Amy called me back and into and initially said no to refund as I passed my cooling off period, but after I explained my position on the delays that were through no fault of my own, she spoke to her manager and arranged for the wood to be collected before April 10th and a full refund has now been issued to me. Now I’m off to Ikea to find an alternative!

We were told our half completed office would finally be completed after long delays on Good Friday. We cancelled our plans with our very disappointed children and waited in. No one turned up. We were told it would happen on Easter Sunday. Same. Easter Monday. No one turned up. We were told it would definitely happen at 730am today. We have just been cancelled again. This is the worst company we have ever had the displeasure of knowing. Avoid them at all cost. They are criminals. They take your money and provide nothing.. Order 64501.

I still don't have my cabinets fitted, having placed the order 9 months ago and having been told that it would take 4-6 weeks! The delivery was late, then it was quite damaged, then it was the wrong items. Then the fitter didn't show up 3 times, even though I confirmed attendance with Fittingly the day before. This company sells themselves as Sharps and that they are the same quality, etc, but the product is worse than IKEA and the service is terrible. I would not use them.

Ordered some doors to fit a cabinet that Fittingly had supplied already. Was told 2-4 weeks. 4 weeks arrived and I had heard nothing. When I called, I was told they hadn't gone into production because "someone" hadn't created a delivery date. Delivery day arrived and the doors are in such a bad state, they cannot be installed. Trying to get hold of Customer Services is proving quite frustrating.

Got a fitted wardrobe, excellent communication and everything happened on schedule. The fitter Jonathan Ashby did the work very quickly and to perfection. Id highly recommend them.

I ordered the cupboards at end of November and they were supposed to arrive and ne fitted early Feb 26 but we accepted them arriving on 27th Feb and fitted on 2nd March. The fitter arrived as due and after putting some of the carcasses together went to fit the lights. Unfortunately parts of the lights were missing and he called to get them delivered the following day. Said there was no piint continuing to fit the cupboards as he woukd have to rake them apart again. Some bits arrived the following day but not all. He called and ordered them again and said he could fit them Wednesday. No delivery Wednesday or Thursday despite my contacting the fitter and customer services. Friday the lights arrived but fitter not answering and neither customer services. A message sent asking for cupboards to be finished Monday. Monday came and went and I called again Tuesday. At first I was told earliest woukd be April but after explaining this was not good enough they got a fitter for 23rd.......3xweeks after fitting date which I wasnt pleased about. I explained i woukd be raising a formal complaint. I was told someone had tried to call me amd this was not true as I had no missed calls.
When cleaning up one day I decided to clean the shelves as they were dusty and had sawdust on them. I noticed several chips in the laminate and sent pictures advising Fittingley. The area manager called that day in person and was not happy with the quality of the cupboards due to the damage and the edging which had be done in 2 joined pieces rather than 1 whole long piece. He said he woukd order new parts and they shoukd be able to have these ready for the following week when the fitter was due. By the Friday no panels had arrived and I contacted customer service. On Monday no fitter arrived so called and e-mailed. I was angry ss it appeared no-one was coming so called again and said someone absolutely had to finish the cupboards today. I was told someone would arrive at around 1.30pm. He did arrive but had been told all he had to do was fit the lights and he wasnt sure how to do this as he had no training. He was sent instructions and got the lights fitted then said he had to go as he had been given 2 hours only. Another call to customer services followed. They said they woukd try to find another fitter and I said they absolutely had to be fitted that week even if they had to take them out later for remedial work. I was advised the original fitter would be there at 8am Wednesday.
By 9.30am Wednesday it was clear no-one was arriving. Another call to customer services and another and another. Finally I was told he would arrive in the afternoon. When he arrived he said it was his day off and he had been told to come in which made another untouched in their communication. He did at least finish thr cupboards that day over 3 weeks after the original date many many phone calls and e-mails. I still have sub standard damaged cupboards and no contact since in regard to this. Getting an apology and action out of this company is ridiculous and their communication is truly abysmal.

My experience has been one of inconvenience, delay and disruption. Have been without a useable main bedroom for over a month since initial delivery and installation work still not completed.
The original installer found that 2 panels were defective and 2 units were wrongly sized and had to be reordered (4 days). The second installer found that 3 panels and some fittings were missing from the original delivery. Await 3rd delivery - 15 days and counting.
Happy with the quality and design of the wardrobe units, helpful delivery staff and efficient installers that attended – but had 2 no shows, of which the company was unaware and then took a further week to get a replacement installer. Had to make numerous phone calls to chase progress of deliveries and attendance of installers. Office staff were polite and apologetic but not the best at communicating and returning calls. Still have no idea when this job order will be completed.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience. If you are looking to live with unfinished wardrobes for weeks—or even months—then this is the company for you.
The process started off fine, but the moment they received the final payment, the "service" almost vanished. My delivery was not on time, which threw the entire project off schedule, and I have been left with an incomplete installation so far.
Parts missing. Once reported replied few days after with not set delivery in 2 or 3 weeks.
Trying to get a response from customer service is an exercise in futility. They are very unresponsive and unhelpful. It is clear that once they have your money, you are no longer a priority. I am currently living out of boxes with half-finished furniture taking up space in my home.
Avoid the stress and the headache. Look elsewhere for a company that actually values its customers after the point of sale.
Order reference number: 64528
UPDATE: After posting my initial review, customer service reached out and promised a follow-up. Unfortunately, they’ve disappeared yet again. It seems their support is more interested in "damage control" calls than actually solving problems. Utterly useless.

What a shame I had to resort to a public complaint on Trustpilot to get the sort of service any ordinary customer might expect. I am happy to give an updated review and award 4 stars as there was never an issue with the quality of the item supplied, simply the inability to replace incorrectly supplied components, rendering the whole item useless until it was rectified. I was fobbed off and felt utterly powerless - and not a little worried when I read others had struggled to get resolutions too. However, Amanda Burton came to our rescue. She did what she said she would, when she said she would and gave us a small refund for all the troubles we had. Thank you Amanda - great service. We are pleased with the finished product. If it had all been supplied as agreed, it would have been 5 stars.

Jimi Scott the fitter was friendly, polite and hard working. He arrived each day on time.
I was very pleased with his work and pleased with the fitted wardrobe.

Absolutely beautiful finishing on our 2 x sharps wardrobes. Christopher Mccabe the designer & Lukasz the fitter. If your lucky to get either of these lads, then you will be very happy with your finished wardrobes.
Thank you 😊
