A great customer service!
It didn't start well, since they shipped two different dumbbells. After I contacted them, they sent me the correct one in order to have the two identical dumbbells that I ordered. They didn't want the wrong item to be shipped back to them. All this process took only a couple of days. Really recommended and I will definetively buy from them in the future!

Had to wait awhile to receive the other adjustable dumbell. The customer support were helpful though. Now the set is complete. Can recommend Fitwinkel for being reliable and keeping true to their promises.

Used and damaged item
I ordered an item that specified the packaging was slightly damaged but the item itself had already been used and was faulty. There was no response from customer service initially but I was able to get a refund 22 days after my order.

Im very satisfied with the service sofar I was given by fitwinkel there was a problem with the seat of my new rowing machine I called & was told it would be replaced no problem. I recieaved a new upgraded seat within 3 days. Great friendly service 👍🏼👍🏼
