Bad experience

I ordered a essentials tracksuit and it was very bad quality the logo is made from fabric, the logo's are misplaced, And the size chart is not good, they also gave a card with the order that said "post your fit on tiktok and get a free item" and later i asked them and they said that i had to order another thing before i get my free item, they didnt Mention on the card that i had to order another time before i get my free item so this is all very bad, the communication with the shipping is also not good you only get 1 email at the beggining and shipping took them 17 days.
