They are a scam never order on the 27th of any month they send shirts with no tags and they dont send your complete order at once they want you too tell and take them too court. Filing police reports dont work neither

Great website to earn money in a simple way using your high strength knowledge

The clothes feel cheaply made, weren't even in my size and the returns policy is a joke. They give you any old clothes you could find in a highstreet store, and then charge $60. Honestly, save your money and buy a t-shirt and jeans.

tl;dr Worth $40, you pay a premium for someone to pick stylish clothes for you.

Clothes are nice but overpriced at the cost of $60. The extra money you spend is to force yourself to try stuff you wouldn't typically wear which for some is worth it, others not so much. If you are already quite stylish then you'd be better of buying your own clothes as you'll spend less and get better product.

Also, if you are ordering from abroad be aware that the price is heavily marked up via the small print (receipts aren't emailed to you) in my case I pay $90/month which very expensive for what it is.

Have not receive the 3 items I sent out for exchanged and I changed my size but the item they send keep coming in the wrong size. I don’t want to wait a whole month to keep on exhanging my items.

Service: great. The clothes: wearable. I wouldn't quite say fashionable. There were several articles of clothing in the packages that I immediately knew I would not be wearing, and you can't return those. Of course, the reason I subscribed to this in the first place was to minimize the time needed for the decision making process. I really don't like spending a lot of time deciding whether I should get the classic khaki pants or the slim beige chinos.. So Five Four takes saves me that trouble. It's great for what your paying. There is a little customization possible if you talk to the customer service about what your style is and such. This leads me to the next point.
The customer service is very good. They really try to find out what your needs are and meet them. The few times I had to call them up, they were very helpful.

Overall, I am pleased with what is sent. During the winter months they tend to send too many jackets and hoodies, though. I only need so many khaki rain jacket and blue hoodies.

They are always seeking more ways to improve their process and their clothes fit better than any clothes I have ever purchased. Also, their pricing option (even though there is only one) is cheaper than where most companies start. I have been using FiveFour for a few years now and the few times I've contacted customer service has always been pleasant and speedy.

I have no issues with this company or the customer service i have received. My only suggestion is that they should even out the pants to shirt ratio for the monthly deliveries.

Very easy to work with, I've put my subscription on hold in the past. Some of the clothes in the same sizes fit very irregular. Sometimes the fit is great and others the fit is small. I find this very irritating.

Having been a member over a year - I’d say 85% of what I receive I’ve enjoyed. Returns for size have been handled appropriately.

Frustrating, are sizes not consistent. Depending on the item it may or may not fit.

Get it right most of the time. Only didn't give 5 stars as NC extra long warm weather period doesn't seem to be an influence. Have received long sleeve and long pant selections in warm months.

This company is out of league! I'm in love with the quality and style. I've been subscribed quite a time. Would recommend it to anyone. #FiveFourMan
