Good burger, little boring, no searing on the burger which gives a better taste but the fries were over salted and half of them were over cooked. Gave me a stomach ache.

Deliveroo orders only- No walk-ins

Tried to order at the Exeter branch, only to be told that Deliveroo have priority.

Yep, despite actually being there and willing to buy food they were only processing Deliveroo orders.

A staff member who claimed to be a manager was insistent, they would not make any food for customers who just walked in. There are targets apparently for “important customers “.

But I could still pay and in a “couple hours if it gets quiet” he will see what he can do.

Seems a rather odd policy to me, but Five Guys have never responded to my emails about this.

Surely they should advertise this aspect of company policy, stop regular customers wasting their time.

Expensive food

Expensive for the food you get. 2 small cheese burgers, fries, water. Child hot dog £30.99 waited 20min for the food. Mcdonald style service. Not enough staff serving. The Fort Shopping center.

More expensive and less food

We went to the 5 guys at 13760 St Augustine Rd, Jacksonville FL 32258. We’ve been here several times and it has been good. When you order a fry they always would put a scoop in the bag as well as the small cup in the bag. It would be an adequate amount for the money you paid.

Of course they have gone up a lot in price. Big cheeseburger is 11.09, a little fry is 5.09 and a drink is 2.99. This time, the fry was a small cup not even filled up and about 7 extra fries in the bag. Hardly enough for one person, the burgers had 2 pickles, and one small slice of tomato about the size of 3 quarters. For the price of about 32.50 we could of had a sit down meal and been served and probably got more food.

One of the drink dispensers had mostly carbonation and had to be poured out, the tables we dirty and they were not that busy. Someone could of cleaned the tables!! We will not be eating here!

Went to 5 guys on Medina rd

Went to 5 guys on Medina rd. in Copley, Ohio. Ordered on the phone at 3:50 pm, get to establishment at 4:07 pm and pay. Stand at the counter waiting on order until 4:27, until I finally ask what could possibly take 37 mins… they forgot to call my name/order. Finally get home, only to realize they put bbq sauce on burger instead of A1. Food was cold because of how long I waited. Terrible experience.

Five Guys - you’ve lost it :-/

I used to be a BIG fan of Five Guys. Not so much anymore. I visited the same departement on the 2nd of November and again on the 16th of November - on 42nd Street i NYC just in the nearby of the bus station. The first time the burger was not hot, the second time the fries seemed rather “tired” and without distinct taste - and both times the flavor of the drinks (I tried Coke Zero and Fanta) was nearly non-existent. You put in wayyyyyy to much water.
I no way worth my hard-earned 20 dollars! What happened?

Online prices were wrong!

The online menu for Five Guys said it was updated this month! Price for a hamburger was $7.69! When we got there it was $9.89. So we split it. They did not cut it in half. They didn't give us napkins or a spoon for milkshake which was $5.99! There was about 1 tablespoon of grilled onions, not enough and hamburger was Luke warm! We will never go back!

Best burgers ever. Not

Best burgers ever. Lovely and exorbitant / extortionist. As an ex fish and chip shop owner I know when a business is taking advantage of its customers through social media. Five guys Australia is a joke.

Five guys at Central MK

I went into the five guys at Central Milton Keynes for the first time. Stuff was friendly and the chips and milkshake was by far the best I've had in a fast food place. Will definitely be going again.

Super mini, dry, squeezed burgers!!!

I just had a burger at Cracker Park/Westlake! We had the worse burgers with my husband. We thought after covid, things has changed and thought they resized their burgers! Not only the size everything about the burger was beyond bad. We ate complaining that we wouldn’t be back there even tho we always liked Five guys! Then I realized the other customers burgers were normal puffy bread, nice juicy looking Pattie’s in it! Then I thought they mixed our order and tried to explain and found out what went wrong with our order! All we got was a sorry! I get more frustrated when I think of what we had to eat for $31! And it was one of the employees mistake to serve those burgers to us! I still am clueless how, why and what happened back there when they prepared our burgers cause they were not even close to what other people were eating! Definitely not going back there! It is sad!

I hope it is better at the restaurant

Maybe it is better at the restaurant, but I would definetly not recommend take-out. The total price for a bacon-cheese burger and reg fries rang out at 30 (THIRTY) dollars incl. 4 dollar tip incl delivery. That is just ridiculous. The bun was soft, mushy and had soaked ti a degree that it came apart. The patty was ok I guess. The fries were soft and not very good. I can honestly not recommend

Just want to let everyone know about my…really bad experience at Five Guys

Just want to let everyone know about my first experience at Five Guys, absolutely disgusting. I ordered a cheeseburger, hotdog, also wanted a milkshake but had sold out, what I received was nothing like the website, and nothing short of appalling, the hot dog was disgusting looking and very unappetising, for £6+ I expected a lot more than what I received, i wouldn’t even feed it to my dog, to put it politely it’s something an animal would do. When I did complain to Five Guys I got a bulk standard reply stating it passed all their quality control checks blah blah, I was going to purchase some gifts vouchers for my niece and nephew so they could use with their friends, I’m so glad I didn’t, so Five Guys you’ve refused to refund me £15 for my inadequate and overpriced meal so now I’m refusing to purchase £50 plus gift vouchers, how is that for customer service, if I could publish photos I would’ve .

First time customer at Five Guys and…

First time customer at Five Guys and the last time. Very expensive and the burgers have no taste. Fries were cold and the milk shake tasted artificial. Mac Donald's and Burger King is a better value and it always taste good.

I ate at the 5 Guys in the Atlanta…

I ate at the 5 Guys in the Atlanta Airport. Terrible is the best description. Stood in line for a half hour. The person who takes orders had to stop taking orders to make milkshakes. The rest of the crew just stood around until she got back on the register. They ran out of fries (so they said) they had fries when I got in line. The burgers were burnt to a crisp, the cheese not melted. The cook spent more time talking to the people in line, which is probably why my Cheeseburger was burnt. They put tomato on my burger which I did not ask for, ran out of ice tea, and the lemonade was just water. Very poorly managed place.

I have been to quieter concerts

I have been to quieter concerts, I feel the atmosphere of noise is driving people away from dining in. It’s clear they are looking for a “hip atmosphere” but conversation is very difficult it so loud. I’d pay the extra money in a minute and LOVE the list of condiments. McDonalds drove out their dine in customers with excessive BEEPERS iblairing thru their restaurant and Five Guys have killed their Dine In with excessively loud music. The demographic they are trying to appeal to won’t pay $18 for a burger meal. I’ll drive my Tesla to my newly remodeled McDonalds café for a Much quieter dine in experience. I will still stop in at Five Guys every month or so because I very much enjoy their food overall.
