Need better Customer service

Ok so As you can see from the client service comments. I have used this service last year and was please with the outcome. However, This Jan when i placed an order. I had to complain on this platform before fivemroleplay cared to respond to my numerus attempts to communicate. Ultimately I took a loss on my service order because supposedly the original dev was on vacation for over 30 days, right? Then i decided to give fivemroleplay one more chance march 1st. So i payed for another developer service order. Order #12487 was placed on March 1, 2023 and is currently Processing. So this order was supposed to take about two to three weeks to complete. I received an email on march 21st stating that my order is complete and they were emailing me to confirm my delivery email. I have tried to communicate through there website and have sent more then one email requesting confirmation. I am simply trying to confirm my email and receive my order. For some reason this company only responds to messages placed on trustpilot. So hopefully i will get my order. Ok so it’s now official as of 4/1/23 no communication this company basically not provided the service I paid for and has not communicated otherwise. Avoid this company!
