No after support

Product: psplus
Initial setup was very well executed over phone call and whatsapp. However the account got hacked, and no reply on whatsapp (primary contact they gave) and after months they replied in email its been hacked and asked for details used to create the account. The account was created by fivescribe themselves and only the login details and backup codes where shared. How am i supposed to give these details?
No more response from fivescribe team after that. Very very disappointed. It was all good reviews before i got the product.

This looks like a scam to me

This looks like a scam to me. I have purchased their xbox subscription and it was working fine, so I choose their ps5 subscription for an year. It worked for a month, then the login provided was not working.

I tried to contact them for months, they are not even responding to my message or emails. All I receive is some predefined emails within a minute. I had great experience till now and recommended many of my friends to them, but now I think I am wrong. They just make it work for a month and share the logins with others. PS5 full access is not complete full access, so I think everyone please think again before spending money on them.

Fraud seller, beaware

Fraudulent activity. After 1 month use changed password. Upon requesting new password, blocked from WhatsApp and upon contacting via email stated account was hacked and asking for personal details and I'd proof.

In short fraud seller and making fool of people.

Five scribe team is just excellent.
They provide memberships and coupons at very low costs legally.
PS plus for 1 year was value for money and worthy product. Team guided me to update the package into my PlayStation 5 and would like a breeze.
