I'm upset and confused to find you have left us a one star review after I thought we had resolved this issue over the phone last week.
You brought your vehicle back 1 week after you had it in to us for MOT/Valet and showed me the very slight bubbling of paintwork on your bonnet, you said you thought maybe one of the technicians had left a cloth on the bonnet that may have had something on it which may damage the paintwork.
(Sometimes customers notice marks on their cars that have been there a while but only notice them because the car has been cleaned.)
I assured you I would look into it and explained we don't put rags/cloths onto the cars with any kind of fluid on them, but still wanted to check it out. I checked the CCTV of when your car arrived with us and could see that the mark on your bonnet was present before you car was brought into our garage. I offered for you to come down and view this but you said that was fine and thank you for looking into it.
I also mentioned that when bird droppings are left on cars unwashed that this can cause the bubbling on paintwork - you said you understood and that makes sense.
I'm really sorry you feel this way, you are still more than welcome to pop down and view the CCTV.

Trustworthy and Professional
I had bought my very first car over a month ago, I had a few clutch sticking problems and a noise coming from the rear of the car, I rang midweek to book in for the Saturday, spoke to a very professional and knowledgeable gentleman who offered a full health check of the car free of charge. After the health check he rang back very prompt to tell me the issues, we discussed on the phone which needed doing urgently and which could wait a few weeks (allowing me time to cover the cost). Five Star gave me a courtesy car free of charge as work was expected to be completed the following monday but managed to complete the same day! The ladies on the reception are polite and very knowledgeable, the mechanics in the back are very skilled and most of all trustworthy, Five Star even washed the outside of my car and valeted the inside. Very happy with the service I received and will be using them as my trusted local garage. Thanks again!

You brought your vehicle to us with a "hot start issue" and we diagnosed this accordingly. We did give you a descriptive explanation of what was wrong with the vehicle, but understandably not able to give you a lifespan of the problem you have (because it is an accident damage vehicle). You decided you did not feel the car was worth the repair.
We have tried to call you to discuss this but unfortunately you put the phone down on us so we could not give you the opportunity to voice your concerns and if there was anything we could do to resolve this issue.
We are sorry you feel this way but please call us and we can discuss amicably. We feel we have provided the best service we can. Best of luck for the future of motoring.

Professional, reliable and punctual.
Booked my car in for a Gold Service.
The work was completed in accordance with the time stated. I was asked whether I wanted to get additional work done on the advisories but I was not pushed or coerced into getting the work done. I was given advice on how to look after my car's health over the next few months. The best part - the complementary wash and valet! My car not only feels new but it smells new too! Thank you for a great experience.

The only thing that let it down was how…
The only thing that let it down was how dirty my car was. The steering wheel was filthy. Gloves should be warn so they can be removed to move the cars. The seat was dirty too. Why don’t you use seat covers?

All round 5* experience customer service is excellent dropped car off first thing in morning got told would be ready at tea time and got a message at dinner time saying will be ready at 3 30 witch was a good bonus.
