Great product
Have been looking for a GPS tracker for ages for my mum who has dementia and keeps losing her keys. Love that there's no monthly subscription and it was quick and easy to set up after downloading the app. Very reasonably priced and posted out quickly. Mum loves that she can hear the location alarm easily. Peace of mind for us too as we can actually track her if she leaves the house.
Great little product. Would recommended to anyone

The order was quickly dispatched and received within 2 days.
I have always used fitbit before (10years 5 watches) but so disappointed after their last upgrade that killed my watch and their sales support was useless.So decided to try something different!
I appreciate not as many features but so far delighted. Feel free to ask me again 6/12 months later.

Disappointed customer of 7 Inch tablet.
Bought their 7 inch android tablet to read my Glose books. Glose app will not work (as it does on my other devices) as it will not recognise password or user name. Glose advised to use Glose.com instead of the app as it works with same password. Unfortunately when downloading a book it translates to an unrecognisable language. Tried to find the emails I used to communicate with Five Star but they seem to have disappeared from my account. Would not recommend dealing with this company.

We are sorry to hear the product was not suitable for the app you wanted to use, unfortunately you need IOS 14 or later for the app however the website works fine.
When you contacted us you were within the returns period and we did offer a return at the time however I can see you chose not to return, we hope you were able to find another use for the Tablet. We are more than happy to still honour the return if the product is not suitable.

Emails bounce back, don't use
Micflip tracker, absolutely rubbish, doesn't work out of bluetooth range and then doesn't reconnect
0 customer service as emails to hello@ and Robyn get returned
Trying to get in touch with shop for a refund or will contact credit card and advise fraudulent company

Very disappointed with this company
Very disappointed with this company. After trawling through different sites.I came up against this company. I saw the price at £29.99 with a welcome discount that brought the price to £26.99 I saw the price and went to my PayPal app,it was showing that the payment had gone through. I waited four days and contacted the company and when I spoke to the girl she was very unhelpful,after a long wait I went to my old PayPal and found the price had gone up and was now £31 94 l was told by PayPal l will have to wait for the first money to come back,Because of this I won't be using this company again for stop
