He posts the tracking details so you know every step. You are saving a lot of money and the hard work done for you! I really do recommend him. I trust him and that’s the most important thing of all.

Nothing is two much trouble whether it’s just a enquiry about something or you are placing a order brilliantly run and amazing service thank you guys.

Now used 5 Star for multiple orders and they have been great. I think the true sign of the service is when there are issues, as we had on one order. The 5 Star team communicated the issue quickly and proactively worked with me to resolve it as quickly as they could. It’s this service when the chips are down that makes the difference. I’ll also add that the route cause of the issue was not of their making, but that didn’t change their ownership of it, or their focus to resolve it. On the back of this I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone that asks.

These guys work so hard to bring like-minded American sports fans products from the USA. They're constantly keeping everyone in the loop about sales, deals and shipping statuses. I ordered two Sports Illustrated magazines from them earlier this year and I couldn't fault the service. They're polite, approachable and really go out of their way to help people with queries and requests. Once I have the funds, I'll be taking up an annual membership. If these fellas can't provide what you're after, they'll happily point you in the right direction.

Good Reliable company to use if you want USA sports merch here in the UK. Have received 3 orders from them so far and all came well packed and in quick time, currently waiting for my 4order to arrive but I'm sure it won't be along, definitely recommend

The absolute best shopping experience. From the US to your door in a couple of weeks is unbelievable. The only way it could get better is if Neill or Stewart hand delivered with a coffee for you to start your day with. More orders on the way.

Used them to get some merch from US which was not available in the UK and it came quickly and packed well, reliable and will recommend them to anybody who is not sure if they are reliable. Will use again when buying merch from US
