Setting up a time to do interview was…
Setting up a time to do interview was difficult. Once I did interview the "packages" were not clear to me. Anytime I asked something it just seemed like the answer was the $1200 package would fit you best. I really wanted to know about some individual pieces and no one ever let me know how that could be done.

9 Years with Five Star -- a great experience
I have been proud to be selected as Five Star Professional for nine consecutive years. I greatly appreciate the value of this independent, survey-driven process and I find the tools and resources the Five Star organization provides to be powerful. My real estate practice is entirely dependent on repeat clients and their referred friends and families, and the credibility of this Five Star rating is important in supporting that approach.

I felt that initially the fellow that helped me was nice, then I was turned over to a woman that was not very patient and rude. She
Mentioned several times that she didn’t expect to be on the phone for so long,
She had other appointments and was very busy. I was shuffled along w other people
And needed help w setting things up, so I was disappointed w one service rep & that
