Wouldn't even consider using them

I phoned to ask about their mobile EV repair service. Unfortunately, the man who answered was abrupt, unfriendly, and just plain rude.
Instead of answering my questions, he sounded irritated and didn't want to help at all.
First impressions are everything, and this was terrible. A business should be polite and helpful - especially when someone is calling to potentially become a customer. I decided not to proceed and will be taking my car to a different garage instead.
