£160 for a 2mins service, yet wrong findings.
They charged me £160 for a diagnostic appointment, promised to attempt to fix whatever the issue is immediately during the appointment. They came late to the appointment and spent only 2mins looking and told me to change the 12V battery, insisting everything is due to 12V battery. I bought the battery 30 mins later and they didn't come back to at least fit that. I had to spend money on another technician to fit the battery.
Most importantly, changing the battery did NOT fix the problem. None of my original problem has been addressed, car still has thesame issues.
They also did NOT send the diagnostic report they promised. They also did NOT respond to my messages and calls after that. I can't believe that's what £160 gets you these days. The scanner they use only cost 50£ on amazon. They're printing money with this gig.
They'll probably close this website and create another website with a new name when people catch on.
