I had my car repaired by Fix Auto Buckingham in October last year. A fault came to light last week. From the initial phone call to the person who had instant access to the items replaced on the car, to Josh who managed the rectification, it was an excellent experience. 48 hours from initial contact to rectification. Very helpful, no long email exchanges, just a desire to resolve the issue quickly. A very good experience.

The repair itself is really good. The receptionist, Lauren, was really friendly and helpful ready to answer all my queries and updates. The technician who picked the car up from my address was also very friendly and it was a swift collection.

The loss of one star was because when I was quoted an estimated time for the repair I was not aware that it didn’t include waiting time for spare parts that I felt would have been ordered when you had the photos of the damage

Excellent service on an insurance repair. Car was repaired in super quick time, courtesy car given which was brand new and works completed to a high standard. The updates from Lauren through the repair were really helpful. Would highly recommend.

So my ratings for this was appalling…
So my ratings for this was appalling due to having my wheel replaced with a new tyre wasn't to bad but they completely missed to tell me that my rear wheel had a bugle in it, now causing me to fail my mot and have to pay 120 pound for a new tyre which obviously was very unexpected and im a bit disgusted at the professionalism of the place, also the rear tyre was on 22psi and should be roughly about 32,35psi. Shocking!!!

Bodywork repair exemplary, underbody work not perfect
This is the second time I have had to use Fix Auto in a short space of time. Again their bodywork repair work has been excellent, you can't tell there had been any damage to speak of. Their speed of service was also very good, although I had to wait a couple of weeks for a booking slot to become available.
My one slight concern on this occasion, thus preventing a full 5 stars, was the steering alignment being out following the repair, which necessitated a follow up visit to get rectified to a satisfactory level.
