Excellent repair job and pleasant staff
lose one star for the first day when I wasn't notified that the time of my car collection and delivery of courtesy car had been cancelled. This was not good customer service nor courteous in communication.
However, since then the mechanics did a fine job of repairing my car and replacing my tyres and people I spoke with were very pleasant so I would use them again.

Paula was super helpful. The repair was successfully completed and didn't take too long.
I had to call for updates and chase the return of the car when no-one informed me te driver was off sick and therefore return delayed

Informative company
At first lot of calls to let me know what was happening, when my car was complete they found out that the people who commissioned my car had taken the key away, Fix were very apologetic it was not there fault, but the key did come about 1 hour later. Nice people.

Incredible service from start to finish!
Everything was so easy to arrange and I had plenty of updates so I knew exactly what was going on. The team were very helpful and understanding that I would want my car back asap. The link to upload images too was easy to use and very effective at helping to keep the process of the repairs as fast as possible. Payment and returning my car was simple to arrange and the work carried out is fantastic! It’s like having a new car!
I would highly recommend for any repair needs!
