Damaging your car is stressful enough as it is so to have a repair centre take that stress away has been wonderful!! Fix Auto in Coalville handled the situation efficiently and professionally. The ladies on the customer service desk were so friendly and helpful. My car was collected by a lovely lady (sorry forgot name). She made the whole process very simple. Kevin called to update me on progress. Overall it was a very positive experience and I’m extremely pleased with the repair completed on my car. Thank you

Can’t fault this company at all. They were so helpful from beginning to end. The receptionist were friendly and the assessors seemed to bend over backwards. I needed the car back sooner rather later for holiday purposes and they sorted it. Thank you

Fix Auto’s service has been excellent from start to finish. The staff are professional, courteous and friendly. We were kept informed of the progress all down the line. Our car was returned this morning. The repaired bodywork is immaculate; and they had valeted the car inside and out. Absolutely first class. I would recommend them to anyone.
