I had an issue with my car door not…
I had an issue with my car door not opening properly and was so relieved when Sami sorted it out the very same day. He was very thoughtful, professional and genuinely displayed the best customer service I’ve experienced at a repair shop. He clearly knew what he was doing and made the whole process stress-free.
The repair centre itself was also really welcoming from the moment I walked in. It’s rare to find a place that combines great technical work with such a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend and a HUGE thank you to Sami!

Excellent service from start to finish! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
After my accident, I was understandably worried about getting everything sorted and having my car repaired properly. From the moment I contacted Fix Auto Colindale, I felt that I was in safe hands.
Sami and Wissam were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. They were friendly, professional and always available whenever I had any questions or concerns. They kept me informed and made the whole experience much easier and less stressful.
The repair and paintwork were completed to a very high standard, and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the workmanship. They even went the extra mile and carried out some additional work without charging me anything extra, which I really appreciated.
When I collected the car, it had also been cleaned beautifully and was presented in excellent condition.
A massive thank you to Sami and Wissam for their hard work, kindness and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Fix Auto Colindale to anyone who needs repairs after an accident.

Car went in for some repairs and I was really happy with the service. Sammy and Sahal were a great help and were both really friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
Always picked up the phone whenever I had any questions and were always able to give clear and certain answers. They were also really flexible and made the whole process easy and stress free.
The car looked great when I picked it up and everything was done quickly and efficiently. Really pleased with the service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend A2Z Motors.

Fix auto did a great repair job and…
Fix auto did a great repair job and they were always helpful and courtious.
My compliants are around the courtesy car. I had to travel an hour to get it and hour back. In my opinion the courtesy car should be delivered. Then half way through the repair I was harassed by the cars owner to return it as he had 'sold it'. Fix Auto did get him off my back but it should not have happened.
