Fix Auto UK - Fix Auto Crawley Reviews

It was unfortunate that my insurance company booked my car repairs with this company.

Very helpful and a good job on the repairs.

Lovely and helpful staff. Issue was I could never get hold of them as the phone line was always engaged with hold times of up to 35 minutes.

Horrible experience with Fix Auto . It took 4 weeks to complete a job that could have been completed in 2 days.

I am happy about the work/repair done on my car. Paint work was excellent and thank you for dropping my car back while I was on holiday.

Great service, quick turn around and faultless workmanship

Cannot fault the service here, my car went in with a big old dent on the front (not my fault) and came out looking as good as new. What I also appreciated was the fact they cleaned my car inside and out, a lot of places I have been to haven’t bothered with that but I really appreciated it so thank you. Completely hassle free, they offered to pick my car up which I thought was nice and then when it was ready I was able to leave the curtesy car with them and drive my car home. Great service.

Fix auto have been great, I bus hit my van and once the repairs had been approved by the bus company fix auto dealt directly with the bus company for payment. All I had to do was drop it off and pick it up again. The repair work and the pain job make the van look new.

Would 100% use them again.

Very efficient service. Staff are very helpful. My car was collected and repaired within the week. Good as new, brilliant.

I have found Fix Auto UK to be very efficient. Staff friendly and helpful. Particularly the drivers who picked up my car and returned it.

Great repair work on my car and hassle free! Very happy.
Thank you Fix Auto.

Good service. Friendly staff

Current repair looks good (but wasn’t so good first time and repair failed). At the moment jury’s out to see if repair holds up.

Excellent work done on car after a car reversed into mine
Really happy with result and all staff friendly and helpful
Communication re progress was 2st class

Good communication on job progress.
Made a nice job on paintwork.
Parking area is cramped

Took a very long time for someone to call to arrange repairs initially after being referred by our insurance company, I had to chase several times. Be prepared to be on hold for an average of 30-40 minutes each time you need to call and speak to someone. They do pick up and drop the car back from your address which is helpful and the repairs were satisfactory but definitely not the quickest.

Very nice work, but it takes long time.

Would have been five star but for delivery drivers who left rubbish in the car and used my car to give the younger driver the experience of driving an electric car!!! Pity inside of windscreen was not cleaned.
