After recently having a accident in my car I was sent to Fix Autos in Crawley.
They were very helpful and had my car in very quickly. Whilst my car was in for repair I looked on there web site as I had never heard of them before and was very sceptical after reading some of there feed back. My car was repaired by them and on completion I looked round it very carefully and was very pleased with the work and also the very professional staff.
Highly recommended, first class job.

I was apprehensive when I read some of the online reviews, but I am perfectly happy with the front bodywork repairs that have been carried out by Fix Auto Crawley and haven't found any issues. Although it took some time for them to take the car in, once they did the process went smoothly and the time taken to do everything and deliver the car back was acceptable. It had been valeted and was returned at a convenient time for me. Only negative was that Fix Auto couldn't supply one of their courtesy cars. They did however organise one for me, through Enterprise, but I had to sort out it's collection and prompt return.

From start to finish Fix Auto were wonderful.
From everyone on reception, to repairing my car, and the men that collected and delivered back my car. All were polite and professional plus, they did a great job. Thank you. Would highly recommend them.

Perfect from start to finish. Great to deal with and talk to. Never had works carried out via insurance before, texts! Got the number for Fix Auto Crawley, gave them a call and it all went smoothly. From the receptionist explaining the process, then bringing the car in to be assessed and booking it in. Car collected and dropped back with updates in between while awaiting body parts. Repairs perfect, great job.

Very flexible on booking us in, got the job done quicker than expected, and kept me updated along the way.

My car was collected from, and delivered to, my home.
The repair took a while, but I suspect that was due to having to obtain spare parts.

Although having to wait for a part from Japan on a 6-8 week lead time for my car repair, Fix Auto let me keep their courtesy car which meant I could keep working and also visit my Dad in his nursing home 60 miles away. So, a big thank you from me and now I have my car back! Happy days!

The repair to my car took nearly six weeks! I had no explanation and when I rang, on multiple occasions, I ended up speaking to multiple offices and people and never getting any information. All I needed was better communication instead I was left frustrated and anxious and even began to wonder whether I’d ever see my car again.
Three days leave from work taken to receive delivery of my repaired car and two of those days a waste of time. Generic and non specific text was all I got but no text or phone call on the day of return!
On the day of return, it finally turned up at gone 4 pm. The man who returned is was really nice but told me it was always going to be a late return. If I’d known, I could’ve used my day off for other things. Communication= very poor and unsatisfactory.
I get it that you have to wait for parts but the lack of any useful information and communication throughout my car’s repair left me frustrated and not impressed. I still do not know what was repaired!!

Communicate better please and make contact with customers easier please.

35 years of driving, my first claim, one of the worst experiences I could’ve imagined. Unhappy with it all. Change your insurer so you don’t have to risk dealing with the problems I have had with this chain of repair shops. I don’t recommend at all.
