Cannot fault service provided. Vehicle booked in reasonably quickly, car picked up on time and courtesy car provided. Updates provided and car returned early! Repair looks good. Staff who we were in contact with were professional and personable.

My 4 month old car was hit by an HGV, doing extensive damage to the off side drivers door, rear passenger door, and off side front wing. All three components were replaced with new parts, and resprayed to match the original paint finish.. The finish was excellent, as were the staff, who kept me informed of the progress throughout. Many thanks to Sam and his crew for a speedy turnaround and cleaned car. Car was delivered at 8 am on the morning of our holiday. One member of the crew even drove to Colchester to pick up a missing part. Thanks also to the collection and delivery men.
