My experience was really great with Fix Auto Henley. The team were very responsive and did a great job on the car. They did it all in a very timely manner too.

Friendly approachable people there and efficient turn around of the vehicle repair.

Collected the car and I gave me a link to check progress. Car returned in immaculate condition, cleaned inside and out.

The most important thing first, after a minor bump my car was repaired to an excellent standard. I was also pleasantly surprised to see it had been fully valeted inside and out and they had even used leather cleaner (smell was a giveaway). Only negative is communications from admin, I emailed a few times and had no responses, I was away without mobile signal so couldn't call. Until the morning the repair was booked in I wasn't aware someone would be collecting the car so was trying to work out how to get from Henley to Maidenhead to pick up the hire car, a simple reply to my questions would have helped.

Just did everything very well, assessment, advice, booking, courtesy car and vehicle return with explanationofwork done. Made it easy in every aspect and really good people to deal with. That said I hope I don't have to see them again very soon!😊

Car was not fixed correctly. Took over 2 months and via my insurance provider to get the car fixed as stated in original incident. Claims they ‘missed issues off job card’ but then failed to fix my vehicle until I had to get insurance involved. Andrea lied to me multiple times on the phone. AVOID

Really smooth process! I was kept up to date through the process. I was really impressed with the courtesy car requested and I got even better than I expected. My car was dropped off and picked up whilst at work so this was a massive help and really good service overall. I would highly recommend.

Very organised from car collection to car return. Very thorough initial analysis. Kept me informed of progress. Great attention to detail. My 9 year old car was in good condition apart from accident damage and is now almost immaculate again.

I was dealt with efficiently and by friendly staff who arranged pickup, fix and return of my Mini. Works were so good to the damaged area that I actually initially had to remind myself which side of the car was involved in the accident!? :)

After a relatively minor accident resulting in a damaged bumper Fix Auto was provided by the other part's insurer. I cannot fault the repair or the time taken for the repair to be completed. I was however promised the car to be returned on the Wednesday, which they then informed me wouldn't be possible, by which point I had already been required to return the courtesy car. As I was required to travel for work the following day I expressly stated that I would need my car by 07:30, which I was assured it would be delivered for then. When I phoned at 08:00, I was informed that that they had never said it would be delivered for 07:30 but that their driver had left at about that time. The car was eventually delivered around 08:30, which caused delays in my arrival time. It is clear that they don't sufficiently resource their car delivery driver capability for the promises the business makes.

Great support from Andrea at the reception desk. Always available to give an update and contacted me directly when the status of my repair changed. The repair did take quite some time but the work was good and car had been thoroughly cleaned before collection. Much appreciated Fix Auto Henley!

They made a traumatic situation so easy to deal with. The level of communication and customer service cannot be beaten

Fix Auto UK, Henley is an excellent company.

Communication was extremely good from start to finish, with personal calls and text. The staff were very friendly, polite and professional. They fitted around my busy schedule to collect and drop off my car. The courtesy car was up to date and clean. The body work repairs are immaculate, you cannot tell there had been any damage and looks as good as new. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.
