The service I received here was phenomenal. All of the staff we super helpful and friendly.
I was amazed as to how quickly the repair was completed (4 days). Super efficient.

I had a collection by appointment as it was a Saturday (much more convenient for me, so another plus). Upon arrival, I was greeted by Paula. Super friendly with a big smile and a friendly bit of chat. The collection process was faultless.

The initial work needed a little adjustment but the manager agreed to get the car back in to correct however the company driver crunched my car wheel when returning to my house- again agreed to fix but was an inconvenience!

My car went into repair from an accident. The result was very good. Not only the damaged area was repaired but they also cleaned and washed my car and everything else inside was the way it was but better. It felt like a new car feeling. I was very happy.

Having to pay money to get your car fixed, especially as in my case it was a moment of low speed maneuvering with a lack of concentration which caused it, is unpleasant. Fix Auto made the process easy, the price was actually less than I expected and the work was completed in line with the estimate. Staff very helpful. Would very strongly recommend.

They did everything you could want from an auto repair service. They understood I needed the body work done to meet a deadline next week to retest for my MOT . Their estimation was quick thorough and clear. Although they were out of town, they organised a collection and delivery team to make the process easy. And they were reliable. A professional reception and office and everyone friendly. The car was presented cleaned and with shrink wrap protecting the wheel. A nice touch and attention to detail.

Fix auto paint matched my car perfectly, the process was smooth and efficient, would recommend!
