Very professional from start to finish. Did a great job on the vehicle.

Everything from start to finish was great. The team looked at my vehicle on the same day of damage, and it was booked in the same week. The quote was pretty accurate, and I felt constantly kept up to date, with reasonable timelines offered.

I would absolutely recommend Fix Auto!

From our first contact with Auto-Fix they were friendly, helpful, good communication/explanation with first class service. Definitely recommend.

I pranged the rear side door of my car and arranged the repairs via my insurer. It was a very easy experience and they put me in touch with Fix Auto Mid Devon. The assessment process was very simple - providing photos of the car, VIN and damage then a pick up date was arranged along with drop off of a courtesy car. I am a tall person and asked if they could provide something bigger than the usual tiny hatchback. They well and truly delivered for me with a Suzuki S-Cross SUV!
They had a cancellation so were able to process the repair quicker than planned. They kept in touch informing me when the re-paint phase was completed, prior to refit. A call a day later informed me my car was ready.
The car looks as good as new. Thank you, Fix Auto.

Ash and the team at Fix Auto Mid Devon have been absolutely fantastic!
My handbrake failed and hit another car, they fixed the other car and helped me with mine. My car turned out to be a total loss but without Ash’s help it would have been so much more stressful. He helped me with the whole process etc from start to finish, was always there at the end of the phone/emails.
Thank you so so much for all your help and assistance!

The staff at Fixauto where extremely helpful and efficient in communicating and organising the repair to my vehicle. They made the process of dropping off and collecting it as smooth as possible and on collection, the work was excellent.

Excellent service throughout the entire process. Everyone I dealt with either in person or on the telephone was kind, efficient and prompt.

Very efficient service. Collected my car and dropped of the curtesy car to home address and returned. Work done to a high standard. Would definitely recommend.

I can't thank the team enough for fixing the damage to my Beetle. I love my car (sad but true!) and as soon as fix auto made contact I knew my car would be well looked after. The communication from day 1 was spot on. Quick, effective and well communicated. Special shout out to Dan who kept in contact and updated me, and also to Hannah the technician who has done an amazing job. Thank you all so much for making my journey stress free

Fix Auto mid Devon have been a brilliant company to deal with. My insurance used them after my car was in an accident. Great communication not only with me, but also the hire car company. They ensured I was never without a car by picking my vehicle up from the hire car place and returning it there so it was seamless .. very importantfor me as I have a disability. The work done is outstanding! Im so happy. Thank you to all the team there,

I just want to say what a great job the team at FixAuto on my car this week.. unfortunately a scratch appeared on the passenger door which went to the metal so knew it needed attention… Ash very quickly gave a quote and car booked in and work completed within a week! Very pleased with the finish and to have the car nicely cleaned inside and out.. things like that make a difference to the whole customer experience… highly recommend thanks again!

I cannot praise Fix Auto Mid Devon highly enough. Their communication was excellent and the work carried out on my car was fantastic. They made my car look like new. I was in tears when I saw the excellent work they had taken the care to do on my car. The staff that picked up and delivered my car back to me were friendly and I cannot thank them enough. A definite gold star from me. Thank you to the whole team who were involved.

Preferred garage of my insurance company. They collected, repaired and returned my car following an accident. Excellent customer service - I was kept regularly updated with progress. Having never used them before now I would happily use them again and recommend. Thank you.
