From the start Fix Auto were excellent 👍 ,communicating throughout and letting me know which stage there were at and delivered on time. Friendly, helpful and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Constant updates. Genuine customer care that followed right the way through the repair. Very friendly collection driver both collecting and returning our vehicle. Our vehicle was delivered looking as good as ever - inside and out. This is a genuine review, and their customer care and service reflects my words above.

An absolutely first rate experience; I couldn’t have been more impressed with the whole process of carrying out the repair work. I was continuously informed about the various stages of the repairs and of the timings which were strictly adhered to. There were regular telephone and iPhone messages.

I recently had my car repaired by fix Auto and the whole experience was outstanding. The service was seamless from start to finish , they collected my car and delivered it back without any hassle. When I gave Fix Auto the name of my insurance company there was nothing left for me to do. They dealt with the insurance, collected the car and returned it fully repaired with a guarantee on their work. What could be simpler? In addition, they collected and delivered the car at the times that we had agreed, and they kept me regularly updated by phone as to how the work was progressing.

I have nothing but praise for the team at Fix Auto Mid Devon. My damaged car was collected the same day and a courtesy car was delivered to me the next day. New parts were ordered for my car and the damage was repaired within the week. All staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. My car looked perfect when it was returned to me. I would highly recommend Fix Auto Mid Devon for any repairs you might have.

My van needed repairs as it was broken into, Fix Auto were wonderful- they returned it not only with the window and door handle repaired but they had also washed it, hoovered out all the shattered glass and left me with a full tank of fuel. I was so grateful. It really made my day having my van back and was so thoughtful of them
