Communication and planning needs to be better.
I thought that when my vehicle went to FixAuto it would be back in about a week. When they hadn't even started it in that week they then advised me that they normally only undertake an hour and a half each day and my vehicles estimate for the bumper repair was 30 hours. By my calculation that means for weeks!
Due to commitments (it is a motorhome) I had to have the vehicle back twice before it was completed and it did take about four weeks.
The staff were, however, friendly and helpful and did their best to accommodate us but I wouldn't choose them again due to their working practices. (The insurance company chose them, not us).

Good communication. Couple of small issues but sorted quickly. Disappointed that boot tidy left on rear seat and when replaced by ourselves, dirt left on seat which had to be vacuumed out.

The service I received was excellent from start to finish. My car was collected and was given a courtesy car. The driver was particularly helpful abd made sure I was confident using it before he left. I was kept informed of progress throughout.

As too the delivery and taking away of our car and courtesy car. However, the only drawback was fact the Citroën left for our use. It was not an easy car or pleasant experience to drive. Consequently apart from an initial test drive to get used to the vehicle, it remained locked in our garage,

Job well done
After an initial slow start on getting my car started for repair, the service was excellent. Left me a low level entry curtesy car, but it did the job. I had to ring them a couple of times, but after that they were very informative. My car came back in showroom condition, excellent job done.

What can I say other than exemplary service from everyone involved in repairing my car.
From the initial phone call to arrange collection of my vehicle to being provided with a courtesy car, I cannot fault Fix Auto UK in Crediton. The communication throughout was excellent, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
The repair work was completed to an excellent standard, and my car was returned washed and cleaned inside and out, which I really appreciated.
Fix Auto UK made the whole process of dealing with my insurance company as smooth and stress-free as possible. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
