Excellent service. Having had my VW Polo rear-ended by a Range Rover, causing considerable damage, Fix Auto Mitcham did an incredible job in returning my car to pristine condition in a very reasonably time. Very happy to recommend them – this isn’t the first time I have used their services.

Far from good service after they had the car
My cars battery was run till it had died and was told it’s not the garages fault, cost 147.99 for a new battery and the garage refused to help, also have footage of their driver driving my car well over the speed limit and hitting speed bumps so hard you hear the car hit the floor after and still get nowhere when talking to the staff. Not happy at all

Superb service & highly recommend!
Superb service, my car was repaired above & beyond my expectations, they went the extra mile in closely matching bespoke bonnet & bumper trimmings to the rest of the vehicle. To top it off the hire company who were booked to leave my hire car at Fix Auto so I could get home - left it at my home in error & Fix Auto drove me all the way home at a drop of a hat! Top job.
I highly recommend them a such a friendly welcoming team! 👍

Rude and waste of time
Asked me for pictures to only turn around and say they cannot repair my car because "there's too many undriveable vehicles on their site"
Completely wasted my time and unorganised, I don't know why you request for pictures to then reject my car if you knew you couldn't repair it to start with.

Avoid -good in taking money
This guys are very good in taking money for jobs they haven’t done & the main point raised by other mechanic & following they fixed the bumper that they charged my insurance company over £1000+.
I found the shock absorbers that were impacted in rare offside when accident happened they refused to fix it & wanted £350 for it. I got my mechanic to put in new absorbers at a cost of £210.
I would relay my feedback to my insurance & ask them to avoid them for other future customer
Have to mention when I told Rav about this he said it was in MOT advisory last year but it wasn’t my fault this got more damaged in the accident & they were suppose to put it right

Unfortunately the part that needed replacing was not deemed to be accident related by the insurance company paying for the repairs, as it was a wear and tear issue reported from a previous MOT hence why this was not part of our repair. We apologise that we were unable to price match on the parts, we only use genuine manufacturer parts.
