Excellent service and communication from beginning to end. First class customer service and first class repair to our vehicle.

They were excellent in every way that you could ask. (My car was damaged when I was out of it and the person responsible accepted liability.)
As an old person trying to navigate through the system of Insurance claim, car hire etc, I was understandably stressed. They cared for me & my treasured car by going the extra mile for me in every single aspect and getting the work done at an impressive speed.
They are all great people at the Penzance Branch. The quality of the repair was superb.

Fix auto Penzance did a superb job with my VW van recently when I had some front end damage.very efficient.

Excellent service from Fix Auto Penzance. After someone drove straight into me from a side road causing considerable damage to my year old car, it is now looking as good as new.

Couldn't fault the work, and customer service was excellent, they went the extra mile to complete the work on time.

I had a door panel repaired on my EV3 after having been backed in to by a delivery van. The reception process was efficient and the workshop repair restored the car to new condition. I would not hesitate in recommending Fix Auto Penzance to anyone needing bodywork repairs.

Thanks FixAuto team! Everyone we came into contact with was massively helpful and efficient. FixAuto did some warranty work on our car last week, and the results are brilliant. The components arrived from the main dealer, and they were sprayed and fitted, and the car ready for collection the very next day! Their courtesy car was new and zippy and immaculate.
They went the extra mile here (no pun intended) completely valeting our car, and it’s actually cleaner and more shiny than when we drove it off the forecourt last autumn, thanks Jordan for meticulous detailing.

My experience allows me to say that Fix Auto offer good customer service. They keep you in touch with what is happening to your vehicle alleyway through the process of repair.

Fix Auto Penzance/Crowlas were appointed by our insurer after our back end was smashed by a runaway driver, the made contact, set up a time, provided a courtesy car informed us every step of the way and had our car back quicker than I expected, there were some parts had not arrived and cosmetic, as soon as they were in they booked us in to pop on, the finish was excellent, it was cleaner in and out than when we bought it from the main dealer a couple of months earlier but th service, the courtesy afforded was above and beyond and I thoroughly recommend Fix and its ethos, hopefully I’ll never need to use them again but if I do I’ll be back and I’ll be recommending others to come here first

My car got bumped and scratched down to the lacquer by a 3rd party. My insurance company sought the work of Fix Auto Penzance to repair the damage. Due to the distance from me to them, they picked my car up on a flat bed. The work they did to repair my bumper was amazing and they even touched up my bonnet for me. Unfortunately my hire car from a separate company did not arrive when it should have. When I was informed of my car being ready, they even listened to my ask for it to be dropped off first thing so I bc ours get out and use it rather than get my hire car that same day. I had no excess or fees left to pay as it was a total non-fault claim so all I needed was to sign for the completion when dropped off. The people are very polite and helpful! I would certainly use Fix Auto again. Thank you for all your help!

First Class - Fix Auto Penzance. Friendly, reliable and great value for money. My family used them on two occasions to repair our Ford Ranger which had front end damage and again another repair to the rear tail lift.
They were just great and had the benefit of a courtesy car both visits. If you need bodyshop repair these guys are the ones to use.....You wont be disappointed!
