Fix Auto UK - Fix Auto Petersfield Reviews

The process was very smooth and the completion time was much quicker than I expected, the end result has been excellent and I would definitely return if I had another unfortunate incident in the future.

Great Company I've used previously.
Professional & friendly Staff.

Excellent service. Very helpful with rescheduling work and sorting out MOT.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Took car in on a Tuesday, was ready two days later. You make an appointment to collect your vehicle and the manager went through what had been repaired/replaced, etc and made sure I was happy with the work. Had been cleaned inside and out which was totally unexpected but very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Every staff member I met was friendly. Courtesy car was great. The repair work on my car is excellent. Thank you very much.

My wife took our van here to look at repairing some damage to a rear panel. Despite them looking it over, taking pictures and details we never received a quote for the work. We have chased the company about 5 times, each time being promised they would get the quote to us by email shortly - this was now a month ago and still have received nothing. Review based on customer service - who knows what the work would have been like.

Friendly and helpful reception. Efficient and prompt service.

Good customer service
Great quality work done and in time
Very helpful
Lovely staff especially Luke

I was extremely pleased with not only the excellent repair, but the friendly and professional staff from the first telephone contact to collection of the finished car.

The team at Fix Auto Petersfield, were on the ball and prompt with assessment updates and carrying out the repair.
The repair was completed in a few days, during which a courtesy car was provided via my insurance.
The resulting repair is superb, with no evidence of the collision damage.
During the repair, staff were understanding, assuring and courteous.
On the above feedback, I recommend Fix Auto.

I just collected my car from Fix Auto and what a great job they did! My car was in a rear collision accident, and they were the approved repairer. The repair is excellent and they have a very professional set up there where they track all stages of the repair. I was dealt with in a friendly manner and they made efforts to get my car ready in time for my holiday. Thank you

I rang up fix auto UK today in a bit of a bother with four Paris tyres the guy that I spoke to on the phone Ryan was really helpful and got me some tyres delivered and fitted them this afternoon. I had to bring my two daughters with me & the team there were so accommodating with them also. Great customer service, all members of staff I met were lovely!

First class service from day one when viewing damage, to collecting the car when the work had been fully completed.

You quoted a date for completion and bettered it. And the work seems to have been done well. Your reception staff was knowledgeable and pleasant.
