Very Helpful
Dropped my car at 09:30am. The hire company were due to arrive at 10:00am but didn't arrive until 14:00pm. All the staff at Fix Auto were very helpful especially as I had my two young boys with me waiting for 4 hours. Highly recommend.

Fix Auto were fine
Fix Auto were fine. But why did I have to wait two months for an appointment and have to go to Rhondda when I live in Cardiff? Questions for my insurer not Fix Auto who were great.

Can not praise these guys enough! They did a fantastic job with my car, kept me informed when a part was waiting for delivery but even with the delay they were quick and got the job done! Definitely recommend!

I have given a five star rating on my experience with Fix Auto UK because of the service I recieved from them, together with the excellent workmanship requarding the repairs to the vehicle. When speaking to Lisa Price at office who was polite and very helpful, she arranged for vehicle to be collected and returned two weeks later. I was delighted with repairs which had been completed to a extremely high standard. The vehicle was immaculate and had been valeted inside and out. Fabulous job. Thank you all at Fix Auto UK
