Every cloud has a silver lining!
Unfortunately I hit my BMWM340d touring a few days before Christmas. I did quite a lot of rear suspension damage. Contacted Admiral Insurance and they sorted out repair with Fix Auto who gave me a courtesy car right away. They told me it could be 4 weeks before I'd get my car back. The ladies in the office were so helpful. Ben and Stevie kept me updated as to progress and ... I got it back first week of January, like new. What a brilliant service - keep up the great work... though I hope I don't see you for a while!!!
