From start to finish, the team at Fix Auto in Shrewsbury were brilliant. Special mention to Tyler who kept us informed every step of the way. An insurance claim repair is always a headache, but Tyler made it easy and stress free. The end result regarding the repair is spot on! Good as new. Very happy customer and the quality of the team’s work has led to us utilising them for some private (non-insurance) cosmetic upgrades. Highly recommended.

Fix Auto were our nearest repairer after having a no fault accident.
Booking in was not the simplest of jobs, but, despite that, we still gave Fix Auto the repairs on our delivery van.
We were told that the repair would take from Monday to Thursday in the same week but whenever we called (Not one update recieved without chasing) the repair had a 2 day delay on completion, which by the time the vehicle was ready for collection, it had been there 2 weeks.
Poor communication and even worse repair leadtime. I will not be using them in the future.
