Fast efficient service with very helpful staff

My car was collected from and dropped off to my home address- it is very helpful. Car painting was completed very well, although, car was very dusty inside in the return. I wasn't happy with length of the repair. Completion date was pushed 3 times, so it took month and a week to get my car back.

The process was made very easy, my car was collected and also dropped off. Regular updates were always given. The only problem was the length of time it took. I understand they were waiting for parts, I would recommend this company to my friends. A very professional company with great staff.

Used this co fone fix for years when they had pop up shop in forum before they moved to shop in there, brought accessories from them always helpful & quality products .

Today needed new screen on iPhone 12 pro max done a great job new screen cleared out speakers I even brought new case & mag safe card wallet to .
Feels like I've brought new phone for £80 great value .

Went to chad at Fix auto to have a front bumper and rear bumper resprayed. Defiantly needed doing and the difference looks like a brand new car. Professional service, all staff are friendly and great communication! Defiantly recommend to anyone!

They had my van in for some panel damage and mismatched paintwork,looks like a brand new van now,absolutely faultless service and kept me updated at every step,can't recommend them enough

Ive had a lot of paint done on my Astra h by fix auto including a front bumper, rear bumper, spoiler, side skirts and grill.

After a non-fault accident, my insurance arranged for Fix Auto to recover my car and fix it. The team from Sittingbourne were great the whole experience was simple and they kept me updated throughout, and answered any questions I had. Unfortunately the hire car I was given the heating went out when it was - degrees, but the team came and swapped the car over straight away within an hour of letting them know! Great service, and car is good as new again. Thanks all!

Great service from collection to delivery of the vehicle

Didn't return the vehicle when they said they would and 3 different people asked me about the VAT and excess.
Got a call saying if I paid the V & E that afternoon I'd get the car back the same day. Paid immediately but didn't get the car, did get a call asking for the money again the next morning. Also got asked for it by the driver when dropping the car off. Do they have cashflow problems or is it just communication that is letting them down? Sort your act out!!!

Amazing service, fast efficient with a great looking repair, turned around in good time and a nice loan vehicle in between. people were always really nice on the phone and kept me updated. would highly recommend
