Very good communication but could be even better if there was a quicker follow up about the delivery of the hire car. My husband was a little worried that we would be without a car.

Hi Margaret,
Thank you for your 5* review and its great to hear you was happy with the communication.
Unfortunately your hire car was not supplied by us and from the insurer direct so this would have been out of our control.

My car was collected from and dropped off to my home address- it is very helpful. Car painting was completed very well, although, car was very dusty inside in the return. I wasn't happy with length of the repair. Completion date was pushed 3 times, so it took month and a week to get my car back.

Natalia,
We appreciate you sharing your feedback. We're glad the collection and delivery were helpful and the painting was well done.
We're sorry the interior was dusty and the repair took longer than expected.
If you have any images of the interior you could send us that would be great so we can look into this.
The repair time we feel was well within timelines due to awaiting for insurer authority and parts.

The process was made very easy
The process was made very easy, my car was collected and also dropped off. Regular updates were always given. The only problem was the length of time it took. I understand they were waiting for parts, I would recommend this company to my friends. A very professional company with great staff.
