Very professional service.
Took my Volvo XC40 in to have a minor fender bender sorted out. From the first point of contact when they contacted me to get my car assessed all the way through the booking in, hand over, communication and contact when finished, the whole process including the repairs was very smooth and very proffessional.

FixAuto delivered great service
FixAuto delivered a courtesy car and collected my car from home. It was originally expected that I should prepare to be without my car for up to two weeks. No sudden surprises were found that would delay the repair, and they had it for only one week. The repairs were made to a high standard.

Once again, the quality of repair provided is excellent. I was also grateful that my car was collected and returned to my home.
However, a 3/4 day job, turned out to be 8 days !! Apparently, parts from Jaguar were delayed. Not good !!
