Service and repair excellent. One part still needs replacing.

My car was in for repair and although the communication was good the dates given for the repair completion were confusing. I was told it would take 5 weeks and because I was going on holiday for that final week I anticipated my car being ready for collection on 15 September 2026 on my return.
The car was actually ready on 5 September 2026 and therefore had to be dropped off at my home address whilst I was away.
The repair looks fine but I was promised a confirmation photo of the car being dropped off at my address but I never received this.
So staff were friendly, service was good but overall customer service was confusing.

Brilliant! From start to finish the team made having my car repaired easy and stress free!

Booked in for an MOT and when I arrived the MOT section closed. Woman on desk showed me my booking in the Book. She shrugged her shoulders and said it was shut. I went back later as I wasn’t happy and she denied ever showing me the Book entry!! Really!! I’ve been a regular customer for years and this is how I was treated!!! Disgraceful!! Rude!!! Won’t go back for anything now

Brilliant great car repair and service from start to finish.

Excellent experience from start to finish. My Tesla has been repaired exceptionally well and you wouldn’t even know it’s been repaired. I was updated all along the way. Very happy with the service and quality of repair. Would highly recommend.

Overall, the communication throughout the process was good, with updates provided in a timely manner. However, I did find that some members of staff occasionally came across as a little standoffish, both in person and over the phone, which slightly impacted the overall customer experience.
The quality of the bodywork repair itself was very good, and the visible finish met expectations. That said, I did notice a few minor issues inside the vehicle after the repair was completed, which required attention.
In summary, while the repair work was strong, there is some room for improvement in customer interaction and attention to detail during the final checks.

Excellent all round. Another driver clipped my Tesla as he was unsuccessfully overtaking. Front wing, side panel, wheel, sensors all damaged. Car was picked up nice and easy, kept informed during the repair process and as I needed my car back before a booked holiday and long drive, they worked their magic to get it repaired on time. Tesla came back looking brand new. Amazed. Staff I dealt with were all friendly, answered the phones very quickly, nice and courteous throughout. Even offered a nice cold drink as they brought my car round to me when it was ready. All in all, thoroughly recommended and well pleased with the entire experience. Not many companies exist anymore that put this much effort into the customer experience. Whilst I hope no one else crashes into me, if they do, I know where I’m going for my repairs. Nice work Stoke team. Very nice work.
