M&M Garage Stoke (fix auto) took my car…
M&M Garage Stoke (fix auto) took my car at the end of December and was told it would be fixed by the 15th of January. That date came and went, and for the last two weeks I’ve been repeatedly told the car would be “ready soon,” which turned out not to be true. I’ve now been told the car won’t be ready until the 20th of February . I feel like I’ve been lied to and kept in the dark, with constantly changing stories and no honest explanation. At this point, I’m seriously concerned that something has happened to my car and I’m not being told the full truth.
This has been an extremely frustrating and stressful experience. Poor communication, missed deadlines, and no accountability. Worst garage experience I’ve had — I would not recommend them

You mentioned you were told your repairs would be complete by 15/1/26 and unfortunately this is where the confusion has arisen as we have not advised this at any point to anyone, so it might be something that came from another source. I can see you have been updated by us firstly on 23/1/26 you then rang back on 27/1/26 and requested a detailed email explaining everything to date, which we have sent. We are looking to review on or before 20/2/26. Below is the sequence of events so far –
22/12/25 Notification received, contact made, and you were going to get the vehicle into us
23/12/25 Vehicle did not arrive, so we contacted you and arrange to collect the vehicle on 29/12/25
29/123/25 Vehicle On Site
30/12/25 Estimate Completed
5/1/26 Authorised and parts ordered
14/1/26 Parts Arrived vehicle scheduled into workshop and Steering Geo to be carried out
21/1/26 Vehicle In progress
23/1/26 updated you confirmed your vehicle was in progress and agreed we would contact you again on 5/2/26 with a review
5/2/26 updated you and advised that when we came to fit the new part, we found it was incorrect and they had sent R/H/Wing despite us ordering L/H/Wing, so awaiting new part and we would review again on or before 20/2/26 although you wanted your vehicle back, we were unable to accommodate you as the repairs had started
Please be assured we are doing everything we can and want your vehicle returned to you as soon as it is safe and possible to do so.

Brilliant from start to finish!
I had repair work carried out on my Tesla by M&M Fix Auto and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, which really put me at ease. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.
The collection and delivery service was a huge bonus and made the process completely hassle-free. The quality of the repair work was top-notch, and my car was returned in perfect condition.

Perfect experience
The staff were really friendly and kept well informed at every stage. They sorted my rental vehicle and arranged its return too. My car was returned spotless clean on the inside and out which was a lovely touch. Really good experience with them all round. Shout out to Clare & Judith.

Second time using M&M, this time it was through insurance. Such an easy process, everything was explained throughly in person to my partner and on the phone to myself. All the staff we spoke to were very friendly and professional, and kept us in the loop the entire time.
The process of the car going in to be fixed and it being back at home again, like new, was as little as 2 weeks.
Won't hesitate to use again, thank you.

Fixed the auto-provided courtesy car and did a very good paint repair on my vehicle. It was part of an insurance claim. I have added some extra paint work (minor scratchers on other side of the car )for a very reasonable price . The only negative to say is that the work took more than a week, even though the initial time frame was 5 days. As they have provided a courtesy car, it wasn't a major issue.
