Collected my car today, it appears to be finished to a high standard. The paint match is spot on and the repair looks very high quality. There was a delay on parts but they were happy to update when I called. The work and pricing was handled via my insurer so I cannot comment on pricing. Reception were very helpful and gave a good level of service.

Rob collected my car from my house and returned good as new. Speedy service with repairs and excellent standard of work. Reception staff also excellent and everyone was so helpful.
They sorted everything with my insurance company. They kept me informed at every stage of the process.

Great service overall
We received a call to organize the collection of our car, that was collected promptly on the agreed day, we were passed the keys to a loaner car and our car was delivered back a week later.
The repair work was done to a high standard and everyone was very friendly and professional.

Fix Auto Swindon have fixed my car a couple of times now, most recently a few weeks ago. Service is always great, from
reception, to the guys in the garage & really good communication during the works. Both times I cannot fault the work done & the finish. Professionals through & through.

My car needed some body work repair and through my insurance FIX Auto Swindon were the approved repairs.

I found FIX Auto Swindon very wry helpful from initial enquiry to vehicle pickup.

They are located at an industrial estate and are easy to find.

Their parking spaces are abit limited, unfortunately I received a PCN when I was asked to park my courtesy car outside on double yellow as it was full inside.

When I raised this with them, the director was super helpful and offered to pay the fine.

All in all, I highly recommend FIX Auto Swindon and would be happy to use them again if the need arises. Thank you 🙂

Customer care was above and beyond

Fix Auto in Swindon did a great job on repairing my car after an accident and provided a courtesy car during the time that the car was being repaired. My only criticism is that when they return the car to you, they should prepare you for having to pay the full excess amount.

Collection and return service was very good.
Could be more proactive on the communications front with respect to progress of the repair.
