Just had my car returned from fix auto, and it’s got to be one of the best experiences dealing with a garage I have had. From the first call to the last they have been a) helpful b) professional and c) dealt with all my questions/issues quickly or provide options.
Jean was excellent, always helpful and solved all my issues/questions regardless how often I asked. As for the work I can not fault it, and they returned me car in a spotless condition

My review is based solely on the customer service, as my car was declared a total loss, so I can't comment on the quality of the repair work.
Jade provided outstanding customer care throughout the process. Communication was clear and easy, and the responsiveness from Fix Auto UK was truly first-class.
Thank you for making such a stressful and disappointing situation a much more positive experience. Losing my car wasn't ideal, but the excellent customer service made a real difference.

Fix Auto - Tewkesbury - Awesome
From the initial point of contact, Fix Auto Tewkesbury proved to be a fist class outfit. From dropping of the car, to the bi-weekly updates from Jean and the finished product I was very impressed. Even when the car was finished I was unable to colect it due to work commitments and so Nathan even offered to have the car dropped of for me.... Awesome customer service, and in the unfortunate event I would need a car repaired again, I would not even bother to look elsewhere to be honest. Great job team and thank you.

Excellent service
Excellent service, car left in on Monday morning and ready for collection Tuesday afternoon after bumper encounter with a large stone. Perfect job, car like it had never happened. Nathan very helpful and reassuring and Jean, the receptionist, uber efficient and friendly. Highly recommend this bodywork company.
