My baby needed work
I was not looking forward to going to the garage with my car, as you hear such horror stories. I was contacted by a lovely lady called Paula, Paula was very professional, no faff, very knowledgeable, patient. There was a part needed so they were waiting on other people. Paula kept me informed all the way through. Then earlier than i thought my car was ready. Handover was seamless, and thorough. Work 110% brilliant. I would not go anywhere else, an amazing company. Place was spotless too. Spot on Fix Auto Wigan, great job. Thank you all specially Paula

Horrible experience
It was all wrong from start to finish. Does not make any sense. Firstly took too many days to collect the car for repairs. Then gave me a small courtesy car replacing my SUV Kia Sportage. It was supposed to be like for like. For a minor damage took several weeks to repair. It was a couple of days job. Took excess payment telling me car is going to be ready by the end of week but took weeks and weeks more before giving the car back. Eventually when my car was ready they were not bothered to come and deliver it. I had to go one hour drive from my home in Manchester to the middle of nowhere to their place. Horrible experience. I hope never deal with them again. Stay away from this place.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. all of our Courtesy Cars are larger than your standard entitlement so if the size was not suitable you may need to look at paying extra on your insurance for a like for like replacement in the event of any further claims. We offer a free collection and delivery service to all of our customers but the timescale is dependent on how busy we are. I hope you are happy with the standard of our repairs we carried out to your vehicle and if you would like to discuss your feedback further please call us on 01257 422166.

Excellent Company.
Wasn't expecting repairs to be done so quickly or efficiently as this company provided after some idiot slammed the front of my car during the night. They arranged collection and delivery which was extremely useful to me. I was kept up to date with repairs and the young lass who rang me was very nice and jovial. In fact, I'd say all the staff I interacted with were very pleasant. Would certainly recommend.
