Warm and pleasant welcome followed by detailed information on the procedure regarding repairs to the BMW. Also instruction on use of the courtesy car. Further information on the work proceeding during the week and keeping to a tight schedule. This was appreciated as car require for long journey to a family funeral in Braintree Essex.
