Body work repair …
My car was collected from my home and taken to the garage. I was informed in advance when it would be collected and they arrived very promptly.
Communication from the garage was great, I was informed by text and email when my car was ready to be collected.
No fuss just very efficient service, Very impressed.

I had my car repaired by FixAuto via…
I had my car repaired by FixAuto via insurance from January 2026. It was not a smooth & swift experience. The repair took close to
2 months and I struggled to get a courtesy car the first 2-3 weeks. The car needed to be sent to the main dealer due to issues with the repair. After the repairs I had to bring the car back as some paintwork scratches remained and the wing mirror was not repaired. Also, the washer bottle pipe was leaking and not picked up on repairs needing another visit to rectify. In total I spent 2 months without this car and bought it back 4 times for repairs which were not completed in the initial 2month period. Also, half the panel nuts were missing (picked up at service) and now the driver door became loose needing rectifying on my own expense.
I explained the situation to FixAuto and my final has gone unresponded.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet the standards we aim to provide and we appreciate how frustrating it must have been to be without your vehicle for an extended period and to have needed several return visits.
As your repair was completed through an insurance claim, there were delays at the outset while the scope of the claim and repairs were being agreed and authorised. Once approval was received, repairs commenced and throughout the process our team worked closely with all parties involved to progress the repair and keep you updated.
During the repair journey, a number of additional issues came to light, including manufacturer-related faults that required investigation and attention by the main dealer. Whilst these matters contributed to the overall timescale, we appreciate that this does not lessen the inconvenience caused to you.
Where concerns were raised following collection, including cosmetic items and the washer system concern, we arranged for the vehicle to return so these could be investigated and addressed as quickly as possible. Our intention throughout was to ensure the vehicle was returned to you in the condition and standard expected.
We were disappointed to read that you feel your final communication went unanswered, as this is never the level of service we strive to deliver. We are also unaware of the more recent concern regarding the driver's door and would welcome the opportunity to investigate this with you directly.
Please contact our management team at your convenience so that we can review your concerns further and see whether there is anything more we can do to assist.

Courtesy car was great and appreciated…
Courtesy car was great and appreciated having it.
Was asked to top up the fuel so of course did but received my car back with my fuel light on when I had left it with 150 miles so bit disappointed that the same courtesy was not delivered to me.
Fuel prices are so expensive at the moment as well.
