Superbly repaired, very pleased indeed.
Communication with the staff was good, we were kept up to date with when the car would be taken in and its progress while being repaired. The finished repair is absolutely 100% completed and there is no way anyone could tell it had been repaired! Very happy indeed with the result.

Excellent Service
Excellent Service, my car was repaired in just over a week. Staff very efficient I was kept updated throughout the whole process. I collected my car in show room condition, including a valet on the interior.

A very high quality repair..Brilliant!
I wanted to write this review as I work in a Sales/Service Industry. Not everyone takes the time to provide feedback when excellent service is given. Cannot praise Fix Auto highly enough. At first I was dubious when my Insurance Company said that my car (pride & joy - not just a piece of metal) was being sent there. I needn't have worried. I collected my car on Tuesday and it is perfect. I am a bit too precious about my cars to say the least but Fix Auto have turned around a bad situation (my wife pranged my car) into a very happy outcome. The standard of the repair is exceptional! I am delighted with the service Fix Auto have provided. All the team members I have dealt with have been very professional, in particular Lorna the customer service manager who’s communication was spot on at all times. Richard who is one of the vehicle damage assessors also provided excellent communication and advice which actually saved me money ! The rear door of my car was damaged and rather than me having to pay for a brand new door, Richard suggested getting a second hand door from eBay and he would then be able to spray it to match the existing colour of my car and then fit the door which is a perfect match.
I collected the car today and I am very happy with work that has been carried out and well within the timeframe I was given.
Unfortunately Lorna was not working so I was unable to thank her personally but I did mange to thank Richard. First Class Service from start to finish.
