Leak in the loft
Ben arrived within the stated timeslot. He took the time to listen to what had happened and then went about finding the leak in an efficient way. Having found the problem quickly he was then very good at explaining what had happened and how he was going to fix it. Job done in 10 minutes.
Ben was polite and courteous. Overall very pleased with the experience.

Brilliant.
Having had major issues with the insurance company sending out 2 previously dodgy third-party contractors I wasn't too optimistic when this trademan turned up. All be it 2 hours late and without telling me.
But I was wrong. What a guy. Diagnosed the issues in about 2 minutes, pop out to get the necessary bits he needed to sort out the problem and then fixed it. Thanks Oscar A.
Amazing how easy problems can be resolved, when the person truly knows what they are doing!

Fixif was passed my details by my insurers after a previous company (also booked by my insurers) failed to make the repair and falsely stated work needed to be done in order to carry the job and would not take a private payment from me to do so.
Fixif contacted me early the next day, called back well within the time they stated with a timeslot for their engineer to come. Ben (the engineer) saw what needed to be done and that the 'other work' (removal and re-installation of the toilet to replace the pan connector pipe) was not necessary. He had a pipe on his van and had replaced it quickly, ensuring that their were no further leaks before leaving. He was friendly, professional, knowledgable, courteous and used shoe covers when coming into the house, as it had been raining all day (something else the other company did not do).

Amazing
Ben was absolutely fantastic - punctual, understood the problem, and importantly fixed it. We had another engineer out before who couldn’t identify the issue, let alone fix it. Ben left the place clean and tidy. Couldn’t recommend him more - a true asset.
